Yep, most people have no idea how much energy is expended when you miss a damned punch or how heavy your hands become taking blow after blow. Best advice before you get into a ring, go condition yourself for at least 2 or 3 months, 3-4x a week. Even if you don't get much boxing practice in, you'll more than likely outlast your opponent and win :D LOL Boxing conditioning class is some of the most grueling you can subject yourself to. It is insane how much you can do in an hours time.
Also, when you're training, train beyond the fight time, beyond the rounds, it is huge.

This was one of the most entertaining fights I have ever seen anywhere!! This is the essence of fighting, where a smaller person can effectively outperform a much larger opponent who would normally have the clear advantage. It helps that the big man here, has Chael Sonnen boxing skills, but it doesn't negate the excellent performance of the winner who was throwing with superbad intentions! The editing was also master level: the facial reactions and screen shots are epic! Kudos. to the winner, it was a quality win. I saw some good aggression, a relentless nature and that zen like calm in just doing business. Those are excellent qualities to have in a fighter. He might make a good prospect!

This is a cool set up. Whoever is the sponsor of this fight program, I like their set up the way they have set everything similar to a professional fight. They have timed fights and set number of rounds. Ref jumps in to stop fight & protect a fighter who is down & makes the other fighter go to a neutral corner, etc. I have seen some set ups that were just crazy that just added another level of danger to an already dangerous sport. Also love the slo-mo replays.

As a big guy, I can tell you he didn't use his advantages right. Use your strength and reach to target and damage an area on your opponent. Work one target. Don't gas out like he did. The smaller guy just sucked it up, and waited until the punches hurt less. By then he had his range, saw holes in his game and kept up with precise continual attacks. Nice fight.
