Ingredients
Phyllo dough - 250 grams
Tomatoes - 1 pc
Green onion - 1 stalk
Cheese - 200 grams
Ham - 200 grams
Parsley
Eggs - 2 pcs
Cooking cream - 150 ml
Butter - 30 grams
Salt
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the chopped tomato, green onion, parsley and ham, add the grated cheese.
We mix well.
Spread the first sheet of pie crust with melted butter.
We put 3 tablespoons of the resulting filling and roll it up, holding two sheets of pie crust.
Place the roll in a tray greased with melted butter or olive oil.
We sprinkle them with the beaten eggs with the cooking cream and a little salt.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.

Hola. He revisado el vídeo varias veces y no tengo claro lo que veo cuando introduces el hojaldre en el horno. ¿ Lo pones con el mismo papel que trae el hojaldre, o se lo quitas para ponerlo encima de la rejilla? Es que no se aprecia bien, al menos yo. Gracias
