This is such a creative version of a potato crusted quiche. I've never thought of preparing something with a method like this. I did not know about the different sized silicone baking pans for making the potato cake & leaving the opening in the middle for the surprise egg, veggie, and cheese filling in the middle. Very nice video using ingredients that are easy to cook with. Great for those beginning to cook. I'd suggest that those viewers who don't like music, just mute it. If the video is too long for you, look at the time involved before you start watching. Maybe crack open a cook book ... then there will be no noise, and the time spent reading will be entirely up to you.

La receta está bien. Tiene muy buena pinta. La haré un día... Pero un consejo...agiliza un poco,para que no sea tan lento. Para cortar 5 patatas...corta 1 y luego enseña el montón total,no cortes 2 o 3...se hace muy lento.

There is Feta cheese, which is soft and can be spread on bread. This one has a slightly different recipe. This cheese is hard.

Very nice video using ingredients that are easy to cook with. Great for those beginning to cook. I'd suggest that those viewers who don't like music, just mute it. If the video is too long for you, look at the time involved before you start watching. Maybe crack open a cook book ... then there will be no noise, and the time spent reading will be entirely up to you.

La receta está bien. Tiene muy buena pinta. La haré un día...
Pero un consejo...agiliza un poco,para que no sea tan lento. Para cortar 5 patatas...corta 1 y luego enseña el montón total,no cortes 2 o 3...se hace muy lento.
