It's not leaking if it was made during EA and they hold on to their contract when they can release stuff. Leakers are more often on twitter and post things directly from the code. This one here was probably fully approved or atleast their contract said it was fine to show the content
This boss fight is just lame. What a wasted potential. Even Smash Bros Ultimate has even better boss fights then this.
