Play or Pass? How we feeling about this one? The game is still very much a work in progress with lots going on for an indie title but an interesting take on Capture the Flag that we don't see very often 🤔
I got a beta invite from the game if im not mistaking a few days or weeks ago but i just wasn't interested the game looks like it died but it didn't even come out yet
Tired the game during the open beta. And to be honest I didn't even get pass the full tutorial. The game hold the players hand for so long and wants you to watch so many video about the LORE! I judt want to hope in and play the game I don't need 4 video and tutorial missions telling me the same thing. It felt like a painfully experience just to start playing. Might jump back in at full release the UI is awsome and the theme is cool. But I don't see this game lasting.
I kind of want more Coop games like Helldivers, so exhausted of the only games releasing now is PvPvE loot one life lose it all back to loby games. Like the majority of games we see now since PUBG. Maybe it's just me, but I hope we get to see more new and good PVE Coop games soon.

Helldivers really was such a breath of fresh air, I agree. I actually think we'll see more of them after Arrowhead's insane success where before the AAA industry didn't see the potential.

As an Xbox player I live solely through your videos on it :p But really, I know id love to see more HD content, even just an overview of the monthly bundle drop. End of the day, I’m just happy whenever you’re playing with friends. That’s easily the biggest draw for me.
Lizard was fun. Surprised how balanced it was. Team of 3 had Tomo running and once people learn where the controlling player sits, you'll want to move quick.
Sad facts. Just goes to show how perspective shapes opinions... I hope people try more games for themselves rather than just copy-paste comment section opinions on their brains.
@rodmanboyd I generally like Tomo, I feel like he gives the games he tries a fair shake. And I feel it's fair to say that if he's not playing a game, it just doesn't interest him atm. That being said, I've watched Jack since early bf days and arma with Frankie, and nowadays, games either actually click for him, or they really seem to not buzz him as much. That imo, does influence the perspectives of the game for potential on-boarders and sometimes informs on how the game is played. But of course, you're entitled to your own opinion; I personally hope every game gets their time in the sun and gets a fair hands-on, from real people as well as content creators...
I really missed this type of game. The only thing that comes close was The Cycle before it became a generic extraction shooter. Ive been missing this game play loop for so long.
This game gives me strong the Cycle vibes, pre Frontier, before it became another extraction shooter, when it still had promise. I'll definitely gives this a go
I played it! It's fun! Needs work but has a lot of potential. One thing desperately missing is when you shoot enemies there's no animations showing your bullets impacting the target. So the gunplay feels very flat and not alive if that makes sense. Not satisfying, but I assume they are working on that, just surprised it wasn't already implemented.
So is there any sense of loss in the game like the Cycle though? Do you have to pay for load outs or loot stuff for quests? Or is it more of a more complicated traditional PvP game?
Bro game looks okay but those voicelines make me wanna puke, i didn't realize them up until 17:47 and she just don't stop talking after that timestamp on a forspoken level

I love that you, by playing the game to the logical extreme (abusing the most powerful competitive tool in front of you), made me lose complete interest in the game. The last thing I want to play is a game that if I don't rush as fast as I can to a world drop then I will just be completely decimated by said world drop. This just seems like the worst part of that Fortnite chapter where they added those 2 seat mechs and literally nothing else was competitively viable...
I hear you completely, though to be fair once players adapt to the Gorlizard, you see that I can be taken our super quick as I get melted a few times by full teams shooting at me. If they only saw my health they probably would have chased me down but this was likely the first time they had encountered it since this footage was captured day 1 of the open beta. That health ability definitely needs removing though! 😂
I was in the alpha, it was OK but rough. The beta for me was top 3 the worst games Ive played. It feels horrible to me, sluggish, clunky with a side of worst hit detection ever all along with serverlags every 20 seconds... I miss the Cycle before it went wannabe tarkov, but this isnt it for me. The setting and humor is great, but everything else seems like a giant miss.
