to me, it's crazy how even with the Black Album tone it still sounds pretty AJFA like. The harmonies and solo writing is so AJFA that I can't see the AJFA thing on a big part of the song.
I don't mean this version is bad(it's actually pretty good and well done, I loved to listen to it), I mean that this shows how AJFA has its own feeling and aura. Anyways, great stuff bro, thumbs up.

I gotta admit, at first I thought it wpuld sound like garbage, but I ended uo really liking One with the Black Album's even thicker, slightly more mid-rangy and less trebly guitars! Plus you did the bass as well, after all, any blsck album song would sound awful without it! 😉😄
I always thought this song belonged more on the Self-Titled Black album than it ever did on ...And Justice for All album.

It's funny to hear people talk about the Black Album these days, I remember the sheer amount of shit people talked about it when it came out. People HATED it, especially as a followup to Justice. I loved it from the beginning, and I got a lot of crap for that. I mean, it was cool to see the video for Enter Sandman premier on MTV, got me instantly hooked. It still surprises me to see the amount of positivity people have toward it now. I wonder if the same thing will end up happening with St. Anger....

If you like the band morbid angel, their second album got A LOT of shit for being too soft and weird. It was not until YEARS LATER that people loved Blessed are the Sick. So you never know about Saint Anger. Anything is possible
