Maranoia is unfortunately very common at this stage - I've done a few episodes on the podcast that might be helpful for this (listen on your favourite platform!). And yes, there are some nasty colds etc going right now so keep on top of good sleep and nutrition routine. You've got this! You're ready. Now you've just got to enjoy the final ride.
