Triangle Mann play Celeste, the music in that game was made by her and very much fits your description. It’s a genuinely amazing game and was a GOTY nominee. Lena Raine won an award for best art direction from its soundtrack.

Oh man, the music of Celeste is literally what got me to play (watched a bit of game, but listening to music on your channel here, and seeing the very enthusiastic comments made me take the plunge!). Love the game fav game since Last of Us, love your music as a big part of it! It was amazing to see this little giant game alongside Triple A titles for multiple categories at 2018 game awards! Then the orchestra to showcase the GOTY nominees started off with Celeste with you beaming while rocking it, oh man. I was so proud to see it, and hear those familiar electronic chords! Huge grin whenever I watch that clip. This Album I just found, its so great as well! Can hear your style shining through, like in Celeste, and its bringing that enjoyment all back fresh! Way to go :)
Love your work, I love the way that the music of Celeste goes MUCH deeper than you would think, great design on yours and the developers' side. Big fan of the way the music brings you into the game, I had no idea music could say so much wordlessly, and I have gained a much greater appreciation for the sound design in games like Breath of the Wild and Celeste. I love the new Minecraft songs as well, was really happy when I heard you had done them. Not to mention this album, it's everything I love about your work, on top of my favorite musical element of all time. Tracks combined together to make the whole album sound like one piece. Never seen it done on a scale larger than 2 songs, like Junior Senior's "Hello/Hip-Hop a Lula".
Okay, who was gonna tell me Raine makes bangers? This is some serious stuff and has definitely inspired me more to follow through in my music career! SO GOOD
I love the arpeggiator on initiate thought. especially how Lena creates so much interest with it just by manipulating the filter and adsr. reminds a lot of what you would do with a modular synth.
Does anyone know if the script/"lyrics" in Mind is an island is from any particular source or original? It sounds like Japanese to me but I could be wrong
The first 2 songs were fun to beatbox to. It was like there was an instrument missing and I needed to play it. The tempo of Delete made Power Cycle feeling more empowering.
