Wow, I did not know much about Altadena before last week. Beautiful area. I hope all of the areas are rebuilt. I'm sure in time they will be. So devastating to hear the stories. Unbelievable to think within minutes your home and everything you worked for is gone.
I lived in L.A. for almost 20 years, I never went to Altadena, nor did I know of its historic history. They must rebuild, and start again. Like a Phoenix out of the ashes, they shall rise to higher heights. Peace and blessings to everyone.
Thank you so much for these videos. I have watched before the fire and i know it will mean so much more to the people of this city now more than ever. This is a treasure that you have created
Hard to imagine how you guys are coping with the devastation and to loose this beautiful place to the fire , but I know that you will bring it back to how it is in the video . Your in our prayers.
Christmas Tree Lane in Altadena was one of the most beautiful I’d ever visited. It was full of joyful, happy, colorful holiday lights created by its residents and opened to the public year after year every Christmas season. I’m so sad that all those houses and trees are gone. Prayers for everyone that’s been deeply impacted by the Eaton Fire 🙏🏻❤️
I lived on Lake and Pine Street one block above Altadena Drive, in the Virginia Pine Apartments from 1992-2000. Myself and my children we lived there for 7 Years. My kids went to school at Altadena Elementary, and Elliot Middle School. Gentrification chased us to Los Angeles in 2000. I still had a sister who’s lived there and was burned out. I love Altadena, this is so tragic and unbelievably shocking. words can not express to compassion I have for those who lost, love ones, homes, pets and family heirlooms, or everything. My whole entire heart is with you.
For all those who homes perished and RIP towards the victims whom journeyed from that horrid fire.🌹❤ The Towns that were burning looked just like an Apocalypse Movie. This 21st. Century thus far outweighs all of the Twilight Zones Episodes.
The next trips you map out will be quite a challenge. How will you find Beautiful iconic places and bypass all the 3 world squalor? Maybe you can pull a rabbit out of your hat and find targets of interest with a end point at golden hour meets blue hour. Good luck and thanks for the mood altering content.
I wondered why my friend kept saying it's windier and colder than where she used to live in the south bay, this is a different climate for sure than nearby Pasadena and Arcadia further down the mountain. You are driving up a steep incline to get here on Lake or Hill. It isn't like that further down outside of the fire zone. Presumably even before the fire you were being evacuated it just didn't get this bad. The pine trees are a sign of the higher elevation as well.
I really want to know who was hired to make these videos? Aren't you curious? Altadena? And Pacific Palisades? Just driving along at a good clip? Seems pre-planned to me.
This is the best explanation: On YT: This was their plan all along. LA got Maui'd. Palisades were cleared for surveillance packnstacks, aka smart cities.

This is historic. I am in tears to what happened in these communities.❤❤❤
Yes, I've also been in tears for all of them and their tragedies. My gosh, this Earth is so exhausting!

Such a pretty town. I heard that Disney employees started moving there way back in the day and made an awesome place to live.
Take care out there!🥰😘

Such a beautiful place! 🕊️🙏🏼
Thank you for sharing it.
I’m curious, what prompted you to film this just 2 weeks prior to the fire?

Material items doesn't last.🕊️
Which parts of the video got burned down?
They 85% of it 😢
95 percent.🌹
Is it possible for you to do a drive through in the same area since the devastation?
This is just as traumatizing as 9/11! Please be kind to other Americans. Do NOT let politics and religion divide US
Peace and love to everyone 🙏
