Elden beast with bad rng is an absolute infuriating pain in the ass. Not because its hard but because it runs away and spams projectiles. Also the design is complete ass. I get what they were going for but it doesn’t work for me. Just a giant black and gold piece of shit with a sword.
The phase 1 music is so perfectly timed And the way you play really amazed me, especially the ending! Edit: Fromsoftware should hire you to do their gameplay showcases
The sheer variety of weapons and spells you used is incredible. It really shows how pretty much everything is viable if you use it at the right timing. Also that ending was so epic. Literally perfect!

You can use it to bait, punish and dodge Malenia’s run up kick when at range for example.
That early part of the Hoarah Loux segment has to be some of the best RNGs for strafing by far. Also looking at this I really need to fight him again from how the entire spectacle from your battle makes me shake in excitement
I like how at 5:48 and forward the music is in sync with Hoarah Loux movements, even when he uses his black blade at 5:55 and also at 5:59 as he takes a knee in front of you. Clean fight 🔥
Using Gurranq/Malekith's incantations alongside the Black Blade for the opening was thematically brilliant to bring Destined Death to Godfrey/Horah Loux. Using the Icy Needle to keep range and set up the extra Frostbite damage for that final Black Blade hit as he rushed you to finish him off was *_spectacular!_* As always, it's a pleasure ta see another showcase from ya!
THAT ENDING, WOA! Btw, been loving these vids where you fight bosses with bizarre combinations of weapons and powers. Show us more fashion for the character aswell, hehe!

The ending got you the first Elden Lord and Chieftain of the Badlands coming in to sweep you 20 meters in the air to finish you, and yet, the answer had to be: "hesitation is defeat". Legend Felled.
started a dex/int recently... accidentally charge casted stars of ruin when I thought Commander Niall was doing big lightning jump, but he did big ice thrust... the casting animation and slow walk barely dodged his halberd, dodging like the matrix, it was so sick!! Now imagine doing that intentionally, all the time, with no hud lol, that's why I watch Ongbal's uploads
The hem of Godfrey's tunic clipping through his breastplate is just like Eomer's sword falling out of its sheath in the Two Towers movie. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.
I also used the black blade like that too, the dragon cult incantions are also one of the few viable incantions you can use in this offensively since they put you in the air.
This is the only boss in Elden RIng imo that can rival the likes of the Top of the Top tier bosses in Fromsoft games (Slave Knight, Gael, Sword Saint Isshin). The design is incredible(Hercules but cooler), the fight is mechanically perfect(every attack is fair), the lore is awesome(True Gigachad), his personality is unique(one of the only bosses to respect/compliment you), it subverts expectations with him going lucho libre on you in phase 2, his grabs are fair unlike most grabs in Fromsoft games, the two phases are different yet still have enough similarities to feel like the same boss(looking at you Rennala/Maliketh/Radagon), the stomps are a great way of incorporating Elden Ring's mechanics (jumping), and the boss captures the awe and spectacle needed for one of the final bosses in the game. Godfrey is a boss that is able to have the best qualities of some of the best fromsoft booses, while also bringing enough new qualities that it stands out from the rest.
Godfrey/Hoarah Loux is such an awesome boss fight.
No gimmicks, no vendetta, just a duel between two warriors. A battle of kings!
