With new insights from Neuroscience, we are able to improve performance in sports and in the corporate world. Based on his work with applied neurology in professional football, Niko Romm dives into the fascinating world of how training your senses will improve your brain function. You will learn why high-quality sensory information will not only make athletes perform better in game winning situations but will also help you make better decisions as well as enable you to perform better in life. A successful athletics trainer and individual coach in various sports disciplines, Romm integrates aspects of the nervous system in his training concept. The co-founder of Valeo Personal Training is here to share his work on training your senses with applied neurology to improve performance in sports, in the corporate world and in day-to-day life. Interesting explanation of what constitutes a training of the senses.
He‘s giving great insights. I think many people (not only professional sportspersons) can learn a lot from it.
