Its very easy once you wrap your head around it.
    1. Put on Discipline armorer on your ghost.
    2. Focus your Pale heart and season engrams in armor; either random selection if you dont have many or one specific piece at a time if you have a lot of engrams(costs 4 each).
    3. Put on Recovery armorer on your ghost and cash in your exotic engrams in the Tower.
    4. Toss it all into your Vault and then use D2 armor picker.
If done right it will give you the proper spikes in Discipline, Resilience, Strength and Recovery or Intellect depending on your choices. If you curate your armor even more then there's a chance you can get close to quad 100 with artifice armor.

Great Info but wouldnt waste my time with Pale heart for Armor. the Episode Armor rolls high stats when you focus them.

Just a side note for those who dont Have Pale Heart(Final Shape) or seasonal pass can farm/focus engram with Iron banner. Getting 60 rolls :)

I’m very new to the game and am trying to get 100 resilience, recovery, and discipline. What ghost mod should I use? Right now I sm using discipline but I still can’t seem to get even double 100.

Go with the resilience mod on the ghost!

The stats are grouped (mob, resil, recov & dis, int, str) when you're focusing. If you want to have high resilience, recovery, and discipline your ghost mod should be discipline focused. You'll get a high roll on discipline then have a chance for higher resilience & recovery too. Focusing resilience will get you high resilience pieces, but your recovery will lack luster on those rolls. Learned this from another creator a year or so ago when I was min maxing.

This is exactly right, been playing since the start n this is by far the best method. Additionally consider the fragments on the subclass you choose as many of these include +10 of certain stats. Stasis, prismatic n maybe then Strand then ark are the best options for this due to the added res and discipline. Hunter also can get easy mob increases n instantly regenerate class ability and strength so easy to have constant uptime on ability’s. Always focus armour with seasonal vendors as you will get high 60’s. Lightweight weapons also give you a hidden +20 mob.

Can’t edit for some reason🤷🏽‍♂️ I meant to say go with discipline on the ghost mod. This is due to the being a limit to how many points you can get in each slot ie mob, res, rec on one side then dis, int, strength on the others. I believe the max top and bottom is approx 34 so 68 tops. So when farming if armours drops less than 60 or with poor stat distribution I’d just delete it n keep trying. If you use discipline on the ghost this will give you a guaranteed +10 in that slot as you can generate strength and int in game easier this is the best option. Then just pray to the rng gods for stat spikes in mob n res. Don’t forget masterworking leg armour gives +2 to ever slot and you can now masterwork exotic armour and use the extra slot for a chosen +3 wherever you like. Artifice armour from
Dungeons can do this too but maybe a bit early for dungeons if you just starting out lol good luck Guardian💯

The only way that I'm able to get to triple 100 is by using a combination of the following 4 things: Artifice Armor, High Stat Armor, Fragments, and Master working.
If you hover over your subclass (void, solar, Arc...) you can select different fragments to add +10 to different stats depending on what's available.
You can also add +10 to any piece of armor by adding 4 energy levels, when you hover over and click over a piece of armor. You then manually select which stat you want to add +10 to.
Additionally if you purchase 10 energy levels for that piece of armor you get +2 for all stats in that piece.
High Stat Armor is that which is 65 total base level or higher.
Artifice Armor is something you'll worry about later in the game but still useful and worth it. You will want to ignore that but until several months of playing and getting used to the game.
As much high Stat Armor is meta, the most important thing is the sum of your favorite three stats. Compare two pieces of armor by looking at the sum of your three favorite stats (Res, Rec, Dis) keep the one that's higher, shard the other one.
When I was on my quest to triple 100 I practically saved all of my armor. Used DIM to extract a spreadsheet, looked at base stats only then scanned for the highest in my favorite three categories. - Rec, Res, Dis.

Is it better to wait to do this once you hit Gear 2000?

    • @pig151510

Doesn't really matter, Gear 2k is just a ticket to end-game content.
If you're a new light follow the video but if you've been playing for a while and you vault a lot there's a slight chance that you may have the armor for the 3x 100s just using the d2 armor picker. 3x 100 is much harder when you're build crafting with a specific exotic since you need a really good exotic stat distribution for 3x.
Ngl if you have 100s on resilience and 100 for your build (ie discipline for a grenade build) you should be good enough for content mode based content and GMs.

Resilience is a wasted stat on hunter I prefer recov or int

mmmmm no that’s just wrong. Resilience is the most important stat. 100 mobility isn’t necessary bc of how fast dodge comes back anyways 60+ is plenty. If your doing gamblers dodge and combination blow then you don’t even need mobility

I'm assuming you're talking about pvp since it only gives flinch resistance. Even then, so many players use smgs or ARs now after the buffs so I still can't find a way to justify not having high resil. Ideally you'd have t10 mobility and a mix of the other two. In the offchance that you're talking about pve, t10 resil gives 30% damage reduction which is extremely noticeable in GM nightfalls, raids, master dungeons, etc.

100 Resilience is a must for Hard PVE content! If it is something easy then sure, it's pointless, but you definitely want a 100 for GMS
