Democracy and women's rights will prevail! 🇺🇸💙
American women will decide this election imo.
if we support politicans who stand up and vote to move abortion rights back.
Hooray for Arizona’s women to stand up for themselves and refuse to allow know-it-all men to dictate to them what they can and cannot do regarding their own bodies!
It is apparent that in Arizona, women know their place. AND IT IS, not being overpowered and dominated by POWER HUNGRY MEN!!
Now, Arizona's voters need to take a step FORWARD by voting out their fascist lawmakers.
EXACTLY !!
they don't see the connection
I will!!!

I'm in Arizona and fighting the good fight! 💙
Under the same 1864 Howell Act the age of consent was 10 years old, thats right 10 years old. Slavery wasn’t abolished in the US until 1865 and small boys were forced to clean chimneys. The Republican Party motto: Forward into History!
What’s the problem?….someone had to clean the chimneys - also note that life expectancy was 39.6 yrs in the U.S. in 1860
WOMEN ROAR IN 24'!!💙💙VOTE BLUE 💙💙
DEMOCRACY WOMEN RIGHTS
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEA FOR ARIZONANS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the update Harry! 💙💙💙
Go ARIZONA 🎉🎉
Mr Litman, I beg you, PLEASE level up the picture frame just behind your right shoulder as its causing me to twitch! It's been wonky for a while........
Gell out ,listen don't look
How long have you been suffering from the Wonky Twitch.?
Thank you. Crooked pictures in backgrounds send my OCD into hyperdrive. Glenn Kirschner was guilty for a while, but thankfully someone got to him. 😁
It’s OCD and it goes away if you ignore it!😊
❤BEAUTIFUL
Thanks Harry❤
Harry is one of the best in teaching the law.
GA has a heartbeat bill! Which I believes is 6 wks too. I was 10-11 wks before I knew I was pregnant!!
Where are the protests from these college kids??
I don’t think they’re well informed enough to take a stand.
They're protesting at the voting stations. By voting.
@@saragriffing7977They do when it comes to voting.
They r informed but wrapping up school year, or graduation. THEY R INFORMED. 🤝🇺🇲💙👍🏻🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂
All life is precious. Except for Cricket.
Unfortunately life isn't fair and can lead to bad medical circumstances.
Thanks, Harry.
Thanks Harry!!!
Thanks for all of your insight, Harry! Loved seeing you on set at MSNBC New York. BTW, your picture on the wall is askew!
These are the things that happen when you use religion instead of reason to govern (and punish) your society.
Thanks for this ad free video Harry.
👍 HARRY LITMAN 👍
Thank you
I was under the impression Arizona was going to have a referendum on the 2024 ballot not prohibiting choice?
They are, it will pass and be codified into law for AZ... until that time, we won't stand for 1864 laws!
Were the republican senators who voted to overturn the law women?
Shawnna Bolick and T.J. Shope
Harry - please straighten that photo on yer wall ❤️
Yes the Dems did...not the goPEE
In another word my dauther has less right then my Mother had
Every state and the fed should put together small committees to go through old laws for repeal. I thought of this years ago. I believe it would be a fun committee to be on.
Looks like the editor didn’t watch the video. There’s a few things Harry wanted edited out.
Hey Harry is Huma …
Let’s just cut this out, not sure if he is yet.
Harry, non-filtered....not edited.
Straighten that frame on your right 😁
Harry! Fix the tilted picture on your wall!
Harry, we love you, but *please* straighten the picture!
Hard to focus on what you are saying with that crooked picture on the wall…
good news
The Democrats would have been better off if none of the Republicans had voted to repeal.
Harry,
Did your editor bail on you? Oops! There are at least two places in the video where you say "let's edit this out" :D But what's left is very informative. Thanks again!
@0:30 Wow, now there's a word I hadn't heard in a long time: _Desuetude._ It's about as obsolete a term as the pre-civil war abortion law itself.
It means _out of common usage_ or _out of favor._ It's from the *French* _désuet_ and is quite _désuet_ itself.
Love your comment. Isn't language fascinating?!
fix the title (*outdateD)
If a woman has no choice, but continues with the pregnancy, then at least the baby daddy should contribute to the expenses, Have they considered how much their taxes will increase with the persecution of women? More orphanages, more facilities for the profoundly disabled, the costs of monitoring women persecuting women. It seems no matter where a women turns there is misogyny, We must have a nation wide ban of violent porn against women. It feeds the hate and the desire to act with increasing harm.
Litman giving his editors instructions which they completely ignore is entertaining. 😂
hello YT video watchers
Let's put the 1864 law in Arzona into cntxt. Matthew time that law was passed, many, if not most women undergoing abortion were dying, chiefly from either poisoning or from sepsis from unclean instruments and doctors performing he procedures. In 1864, the predominant theory of disease was the miasma theory (foul or bad air), the germ theory didn't gain prominence until the 1890s. So in actuality, at that time abortion was killing women. Now, over a century and a half later, we know how to prevent the majority of deaths from septic abortions and we have safe pharmaceutical abortificants. Hospitals use aseptic procedures and abortions are safer than they ever have been before. Let's be honest, it's conservative men's fear of women's choices and the power to make their own informed decisions that is in play here.
Be that as it may, they’ll still use the law to subjugate women. Women who were forced to give birth still faced the spectre of sepsis and a myriad of other complications that could have led to their death. Childbirth is still a risky business and being forced to give birth gives no acknowledgment of the physical strain on the body or the mental and emotional damage of being forced by the state to be an incubator.
This was the very year that Lister introduced the idea of using carbolic acid to keep operating theaters and surgical instruments sterile, and had been encouraging hand washing between procedures for years. Medicine, at the time, was not as primitive as you claim.
Hobbs has done DJT a favor by giving people the impression that Dobbs wasn't so bad after all.
Question - is Supreme Court going to save democracy of corruption.??
WE HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE...
oh! i know! i know! corruption. I hope i'm wrong but no evidence tat i would be from the clown show formally known as scotus
If the only books in the typical household are the KJV Bible and Shakespeare, it isn’t surprising to make a law that relies on one or the other or certain memorized sections of both.
I'd like to straighten that picture behind you on the right. If not that, you might want to make the other one sit askew as well. Either way, but then you're going to deal with the windows
Oh goodness this is becoming a thing.😏 May we just fix that picture then? 💙🥰💙🥰
