Having a good sleep routine is so underrated. I've been struggling with waking up for class as I have to wake up at 5 a.m and it was just frustrating cause I feel so exhausted. I decided to fix my sleeping habits, and everything has changed. Never in my life have I been woken up at 5 a.m. and felt so fresh. I have a few tips for you guys
    - turn on night shift from 9pm
    - use an eye mask
    - turn off everything that has light
    - sleep before 12am( this is the hardest)
-listen to deep sleep music ( sounds npc but this is the most important one lmao)
trust me these will absolutely improve you by quality

Depends... neurological disorders like ADHD are genuine conditions that won't just get better by hitting the gym, getting a "grindset", and beating your chest. It's an unchangeable neurological condition and as someone who HAS ADHD, getting work done and doing things like exercising become much much more achievable when you're on the right medication. There's truth to people having unhealthy dependence on prescription medication, but the author of this video using something like ADHD as his first example exposes a certain ignorance.

You should add the footnote that toxic masculinity does exist; we need to teach vulnerability & humility to men. The toxic masculinity related issues like domestic violence, violent crime, misogyny, mansplaining, etc. are disproportionately committed by males. This is not a coincidence. It’s a larger societal issue about how we raise men that should not be swept under the rug.

The difference is I’m trying to make video games and work on being a creator and not just a consumer. It’s definitely a hard habit to change, but I have to try.

In regards to the first point, I used to be reliant on prescription drugs and a resource that really helped me was the Huberman Lab podcast. Andrew Huberman is a neurobiologist at Stanford and he brings his colleagues, who are experts in their field, onto the podcast to talk about how to optimize your physical and mental health. It was very useful for me and has made drastic changes to my life so I thought I would share!

This video really resonated with me. Specially the part where you say..."your mother/father is still working" and "save your family first". It was like you threw an ice bucket to my face to wake up. Thanks for that @ImanGadzhi
