One thing I learnt that has helped me when I’ve lost someone important is to realise that the person you lost didn’t make you feel the love you felt, it was you. You created that love and you made them the centre of it but really it was you.

I went through a 4 year relationship break up in my early 20s and it was the hardest thing ever but I used it as fuel to better myself and my situation. I had my ups and downs along the way but it paid off. I’m now in my 30s happily married. Every time I look back at my past I’m glad it happened because I grew from it. Also don’t be afraid to date around and get hurt if it doesn’t work out. Be a man and get on that bull😉
