That conscription law was a curse in the end, but hey at least you reunited America so there is that, and even supported the Entente in their thing, which is cannon in my eyes lol

Well, I did some rough math and even on extensive conscription he should have had just over 630k manpower based on US population of 1944. He had about 426 weeks between when he put the law in place and ended the video so 426k manpower right there, 210k from the 1.5% RP. Even with extensive conscription the same population he would've had just about 700k so not that big of a difference really. I agree that it mostly came down to having to fight everyone practically alone.

The Infantry was only 5/1 for the civil war, changed it afterward. That's why I had 0 manpower
