I’m just 44 years old, Floridian born and raised, but I gotta say, I’ve never heard someone give so much understanding about how and why with hurricanes. Thanks for your work!!
You sound like you're gay for the guy! He doesn't know shit and neither do you!
This guy is an AMAZING educator. Physics, oceanography, chemistry, thermodynamics etc.
He IS the meterologist for me now on.
The Gulf of Mexico is in the high 80s still.
Agreed
Absolutely. One of the best in depth explanations of all the factors.
This guy is Always the best 👍🏻
Top notch
The ice skater analogy is such a great example of how he can explain something in a way that everyone can understand
I too thought that was a great analogy.
This further proves that meteorologists have a much more intense job and knowledge than regular news anchors. Great job sir and thank you for this detailed weather forecast.
A big difference is that they give us more facts and less leftist ideological drivel.

The best in the business. I live in Florida and I ALWAYS make sure to see this guy's forecast for every single hurricane.
Yeah he’s not so sensational or extra as some hype things up so too much
Just started found him and I really like him
Can you tell me his name, please?
@@imahappywife1983 Tim Pandajis.. He's the best. I've been watching him for years even though I don't live in his viewing area.
I live in SWFL and I always look forward to Tim's tropical updates.
Heavenly Father, please have mercy on Florida, creator of heaven and earth, turn the hurricane into the Atlantic ocean away from land, you promised no weapon formed against us shall prosper in Jesus name amen. Cry out to God help me pray.
This weather forecaster did an excellent analysis, he really worked hard to cover all the bases.
Also, for instance, this is not only an excellent informational resource, but also an excellent public educational opportunity. For instance, I did not realize warmer water deeper in the ocean impacted the hurricane strength. I would have only thought the surface temperatures would be significantly important. Fascinating, and I'm glad I learned something. It's truly relevant to help give a deeper understanding of the situation and paints an even more vivid picture of how seriously this situation needs to be taken. Once again, thank you.
Andrew went over top of me, Katrina, Allen, David, Charlie, Irma, a million more, you are the bomb!! I love your through detailed anaylsis combined with simplistic explanations to scientific terms.
Ya know what is great about living up north with snow? There has NEVER been a named snowstorm. Had hundreds here. Some bad. But never named. Ya know why because we don’t have to. You can name all your storms because THEY ARE HORRENDOUS. I do kinda some snow storms but NEVER EVER by name or what they did. I just can’t just any way that I’d go through the hell it takes to endure that. No way. My most experienced parents even moved back up north after 25 years in Florida. It almost bankrupt them to spend thousands on condo repair and assessments and untold abject fears of those storms. All the I love the great weather here people are just stuck there. They have to sell themselves that lie. And it’s just that va big fat lie.
@@Aztec339 I'm trying to persuade my long retired mom to move back to Pennsylvania. I'd take a snow storm any day over the yearly menace of a hurricane 🌀 that can spin out tornadoes. It's just crazy to me, to willingly live in major disaster zones.🌪
Prayers for everyone in Tampa please help the animals 🙏🙏🙏
Especially the cattle.

Someone who can do so, please make sure this extremely intelligent and skilled meteorologist who made this stellar presentation knows the public exceedingly appreciates this timely and detailed analysis of the developing hurricane Ian scenario. It is a pet peeve of mine, and I'm sure also for many others, when arrogant "experts" talk down their noses to the public as if we are all a bunch of helpless stupid children (which is true, unfortunately, for a small segment of the public) and dumb down their presentations. It's cringe worthy. This man, this consummate professional, treats his viewership with the detail, depth, and respect they deserve. Bravo
Thank you for providing such a clear and detailed explanation.
Prolly the smartest meteorologist I have ever heard, EVER
Yea prolly
Excellent explanation of all the weather terminology and what it drives it. Thank you!
This guy is great at explaining things, thanks!
I am a scientist, physician and clinical researcher and this is by far the best meteorological report I have ever seen in my professional life. I learned so much and understand the report. His analogies are common sense, like an ice skater doing a spin, a greater speed with arms closer to the body, therefore high wind speed closer to the eye. Perfect explanation (Bravo Bravo) .
I understand hurricane more now in this single video than 40 years listening to other “weather” people. I am going to watch this guy weather report for now on.
Yeah, or you could just, you know, look out your window...then confirm by going outside.
@@alphaforce6998 Although going outside sounds like a good idea, it is inaccurate in so many levels as our human senses are not calibrated to perfectly measure temp, winds, etc. In addition humans are incredibly diverse in terms of what we perceived to be warm, hot, cold, etc. The best we can do when we go outside is to guess, which also depends on experience. Now as an outdoor and survival enthusiasts, grew up in a farm, and who have lived (not days but months to years) in tropical, dessert and mountain environments, I think I acquired a humble decent sense of weather prediction, but still it is not as accurate as a good 21st century weather report (or app) that is based on advanced technology. I believe this is more important when it involves a storm, as just going outside only tells that winds are increasing and something is coming on my way, but what else is also coming, tornadoes, more rain, etc. Maybe when I am 100 years old, my weather guesses will hopefully be highly accurate, will see. However, as a scientist, I want accuracy, no guesses. 😎
You are the best. Thank you for giving us the facts. Easy to understand. Practical without spurring fear. So glad I found you.
Hi
Thank you for updating the audience in a calm and clear manner. This channel provides the best hurricane information.; others should take note.
It's really nice when the meteorologist can be in tune with thoughts of their viewers...I want to to know about Ian and get it within seconds so I will want to frustrated by not getting the information sooner...yes good job🌄🌨
You are a brilliant educator!! So talented! Keep up the great work!!!!
This was SO informative and not "scary". I'm so happy I found this guy 😊.
Great job explaining this storm Tim!! I'm definitely well informed now.
Thank you for the great concise “how it works” explanations. That really helps understand “why this is a big deal.”

Hello how are you doing?
This is amazing reporting.
The best detailed meteorologist I’ve heard. And I understand what he’s saying.
What a great weather forecaster!!!!!👍🏼👍🏼
I’m not really trusting any forecasts anymore. Hurricanes are so unpredictable but it looks like it’s going to make landfall a little more south than what the lines are saying. Also, it’s been super hot these past weeks, hell, all summer, that water has to be like a bathtub
Hi
Praying for all in the path if you are still close to the coast please move away and go inland.
Stay safe everyone ❤️
Very well explained, thank you

Hello how are you doing?
Where is it heading?
Hi Tim do you do an update more than once a day because I’ve been looking for your update all day thanks for putting it up
I just witnessed a tornado Kings Point Delray Beach. Moved quick. Lightening lit it up! It was close! Funnel action!
Where is it going
Well done
🔴 My prediction is that it'll stall out once it gets over land, then take a northwesterly turn into the panhandle and Georgia
Hopefully it misses Georgia altogether.
Such a fascinating phenomenon.
Can someone please give us some advice for the space coast Florida 🥺 thank you 🙏
I live in Port Saint John, Brevard County. I have a canal along the back of my property and a canal across the road. If we get 12-15 inches my house will be completely flooded and no flood insurance. Getting a lil anxious myself.
