BRAVO! great recap video of an unimpeachable career (so far) … i LOVE bernal, even though he’s younger i look up to him and admire his poise and thoughtful responses in interviews.

Huge inspiration to Colombian's and the world. The interest in the sport in Colombia is insane.

I'm a big fan of Bernal and his achievements at such an early age , something we'll never know is just how good would he have been if he hadn't crashed
But at present racing in Colombia, finished 6th in the TT then in his own words felt like the original Egan finishing 3rd in the National championships , let's see what he does for the National team from the 6th tour of Colombia !!

Very good documentary. I think after so many crashes and injuries is too hard for Bernal to get back at his highest level in order to win another grand Tour.

In my humble opinion I think that egan its one of the best in the world but I think the moment where it explodes really worked against him because in those years except bernal all the young people of those years that they won they are another cyclist profile either classicman or sprinters and sincerely since the appearance of bernal It has become much more frequent if not almost customary that the vast majority of young cyclists be pure climbers or long-distance runners for the grand tours and that has caused them to appear names like remco pogacar vingegaard ayuso skjelmose felix gall lenny martinez among others

A real shame about the crash in Columbia, but surely it was madness to train on those dangerous roads, even if it is his home country...? I'm surprised his team let him do that 😢 Very best of luck to him and his family ❤

Egan is still young. Don't think he's done yet.

Just a quick comment- great content shouldn’t compete with the volume of background noises.
That should be volumed down a bit

A shame some serious crashes have sidelined Bernal. It's going to be a hard road back to the top if it's possible at all.

Imho, if his team let him develop slower (similar to the way Patrick Lefevere did w Remco) I believe Egan would still be racing , winning and with fewer crashes. He has achieved and suffered enough .

But he will never win again, after those injuries your bones and muscle are never the same again

"The DRAMATIC Rise and Fall of Egan Bernal " You make it sound like he was down and out TOTALLY! His situation is nothing compared to Froome, who will almost NEVER make a comeback!

  • @sam.83

never liked Bernal, especially after disrespecting Froome as the Leader...

    • @andresmoreno28_

      When did he disrespect Froome?

    • @bitchoflivingblah
      @bitchoflivingblah Год назад +2

He was a domestique for Froomey during Froomey's last win usually taking over after Kwiatkowski finished his turn. So no he didn't disrespect Froome. You might be confusing Froomey with Geraint Thomas.
