I actually stopped ordering from Glamlite because of the slow shipping. I'm in Canada and it would take a month or more for me. Its good to know they have corrected it.

Angie you've got to try the Physicians Formula Butter Brazilian Brow Lift Brow Gel. It's soooo similar to the Patrick Ta brow gel, it even has the same applicator! Can't wait to hear your thoughts❤️
Flowerknows has fairly good products overall. The quality is definitely in the packaging but the lip products and matte shadows are fantastic. I will say their weak point is their blushes. They have a very limited color range and not a lot of pigment that only works on fair skin tones and the shades are very repetitive in each collection.
I feel that the blushes are only curated to fit the Chinese beauty standards and needs. There's a whole other blush theory in China. For example the very light shades are considered highlighting shades and mostly placed in the mid range area of the face to make the face look more youthful. There's a very detailed video about this theory on the Channel Dear Peachie. However, this theory might be considered "not inclusive" to westerners. However, I do agree that the colour story is repetitive. Even on Chinese Social Media costumers are starting to complain 😅
Just used the new ND Mini's this morning and they are wonderful!! I love it!! I also just ordered the Berry pop items. Can't wait for those to show up.

Since you are going natural nails for a while I will recommend you get Orly Bonder Rubberized base coat. It seriously extends the wearability of any polish you wear, it is a gripping primer for nails. Natural nails bend etc and the polish doesn’t so you lose edges, that will minimize that. Side note, if your manicurist is only using a hand file instead of a drill file you wouldn’t get the damage to natural nails that would require a break. Hunt for one who doesn’t use a drill on nail bed when you go back.
I really like the packaging of that Natasha blush - for thous who want it glowy you can swirl the brush all over and for thous who rather have a mat blush and a highlight - it's just as easy - pick up the mat blush part and use the "glow" as highlighter - really cool idea!

I bought from Glamlite on December 14 and I received the order on December 22. IMO that shipping time is ok considering that it was during the Holidays and I live outside the continental US.
Thank you for speaking on glam lite. I was actually pretty disappointed with my shipping on the nightmare on elm street collection. I completely understand the processing time taking a while as they are transparent about that, however I wrote to their customer service because the order had been sitting with a shipping label for over a week not moving at all and they never wrote me back. I’m glad to hear it seems their shipping is getting better…maybe I’ll give them one more chance because I do want the Rick and Morty palette but was apprehensive with my first experience not being a great one. Once it got popular for "beauty" I have seen company price it at RIDICULOUS prices! 2oz should be less than $10 for most of the US, not like $30 or more like some brands have been charging once they put a label on it. It is LITERALLY the same thing. Science means it can't be anything different but water, hypochlorous acid in a very small range of percentages, and salt (and not everyone mentions the salt). Opaque bottles are better, stable for longer too! Save your skin and your money!
My first Glamlite pallet was the Garfield collection. I am straight up a “crazy cat lady!”-and I’m loving it!! I’m light w/straight up neutral undertone, and I just use a lighter hand w/the bold blushes. Imma blush gal tho anyway, clown makeup washes off, right?!?! I used to wear Chanel Cristalle which is a very green scent and since they don’t sell it in the U.S. any longer, I want to try other green scents. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I bought a sample set from Huda and actually really disappointed in their longevity. Some are so bad I can't smell after an hour, and others maybe 4 hours, but yeah, only 2 scents I thought good enough to maybe buy but with how fast they wear off I don't think I'll bother. Maybe full size will be different. I'll have to go in store and spray myself and see how they last

I've been doing nails for about 4 years, and I twitch a little when people say their nails need to breathe. Nails have no respiratory function, and don't need exposure to oxygen to remain healthy. Generally when people say that, they mean their nails have become overfiled, and they need to fully grow them out, which for most people will take about 4-6 months. Overfiling is almost always a result of a tech who is being too aggressive with product removal, poor application technique that leads to product lifting between appointments (lifting damages the natural nail), or a client who's popping/filing off their own nails. A really good tech can do your nails over and over indefinitely without causing any measurable damage. That said, I've definitely been in the "I need to grow these out" boat myself. It's annoying, because I love having a set on, but stuff happens when you're learning to use an electronic file, and you're practicing on your own nails 😩
You mentioned that you’re taking a break from the acrylic nails have you ever tried the gel dip? They hold up really well with my job. I also purchased the elf oils from Ulta so far they are the best ones I’ve come across so far.
I would like to know what you think of the flower knows face cream that was part of that Angel set (assuming you got it). My mom loves angels and that packaging is so pretty but I think face cream is the only thing she'd use.
Hi Angie, concerning the fragrances, i have similar tastes as your's. I think i like woody/amber/spicy fragrances a little more than you though. I was wondering if the pistachio fragrance you talked about is anything close to the Après by Ellis Brooklyn on the woody side. I LOVE Après and i LOVE cardamom. Thanks!

Oh gosh!! I just had shudders.. I was recommended a shampoo to 'cleanse' the hair (they didn't tell me to use it Once A Month!!) So I was using it daily ....well,... I can tell you, I am a natural blonde, but this stuff stripped the colour and life from my hair!!!, I went White!!! Then my hair went brittle and snapped off and became so dreadful and thin, I had to cut it off into a pixie cut, then when it grew out, cut it right off again so all I have now is new hair!! I am swimming for fitness and wanted to strip out the chlorine... but I've decided I will just wash with ordinary shampoo.. the lady advising me said 'Sorry'.. that she forget to say monthly use only, too late now!! But I'm Never taking the risk again!!!!

You mentioned that you’re taking a break from the acrylic nails have you ever tried the gel dip? They hold up really well with my job. I also purchased the elf oils from Ulta so far they are the best ones I’ve come across so far.
I would like to know what you think of the flower knows face cream that was part of that Angel set (assuming you got it). My mom loves angels and that packaging is so pretty but I think face cream is the only thing she'd use.

Hi Angie, concerning the fragrances, i have similar tastes as your's. I think i like woody/amber/spicy fragrances a little more than you though. I was wondering if the pistachio fragrance you talked about is anything close to the Après by Ellis Brooklyn on the woody side. I LOVE Après and i LOVE cardamom. Thanks!

Oh gosh!! I just had shudders.. I was recommended a shampoo to 'cleanse' the hair (they didn't tell me to use it Once A Month!!) So I was using it daily ....well,... I can tell you, I am a natural blonde, but this stuff stripped the colour and life from my hair!!!, I went White!!! Then my hair went brittle and snapped off and became so dreadful and thin, I had to cut it off into a pixie cut, then when it grew out, cut it right off again so all I have now is new hair!! I am swimming for fitness and wanted to strip out the chlorine... but I've decided I will just wash with ordinary shampoo.. the lady advising me said 'Sorry'.. that she forget to say monthly use only, too late now!! But I'm Never taking the risk again!!!!
