I was pleasantly shocked at how quickly I got that, considering it initially seemed like I might not. Old fingers still learn. Especially with a great instructor! Thanks and Stay Well Groovy One!
As I sit drinking from my Stich Mug revisiting my Stich Udemy blues Masterclass. I want to Thank You yet again for being my guitar teacher over the years. Thx Ian. Awesome teacher you are.
Love your videos as always. The ones where you show how to play the melody and the chords together are really special. You did a similar thing with Knocking on Heavens Door and it stuck to my brain like delicious musical marmalade. I can already tell this one is going to do the same thing.
Great song for this lesson. I like to use a hammer-on to play the B with pinky finger at the beginning of the melody. Also consider hammering-on from an open G to the A of the D chord near the end of the melody. Just my 2 cents.
Do you have any videos about how to spice up a chord progression the way Garcia does in his acoustic sets whilst singing? Like how he connects single notes with the progression on Reckoning?
Hey there. Wasn’t there a part 2 of the Grateful💀Dead Franklins Tower video? In part one I believe you said towards the end that we would continue in part two and I can’t find that video for the life of me. Is it still there? Does anybody know? Or is that just on the Patreon?

I love you, Stich! I'm still here and watching every video ❤

Skating Away by Jethro Tull (in the chorus) does similar.
