Absolutely loved this, and thank you! However, I discovered a bit of a bug that Halo developers now have to fix for us... When changing or modifying these, keep an eye on the Customers "Overview" section, as the ticket counts relate specifically to those filters and appears the ID's in the database. So far I haven't found an easy solution to fix it so now our overviews are showing "x open tickets" and "x all tickets" for the customer - where x is the same number in both.
You mention at the end "Only show these customers because i account manage them" how do i find this filter? We setup account managers (under the customer then under settings) but i cant find this as a filter anywhere

You need to add a filter called 'Accounts I Manage' and set it to 'Includes'> 'Accounts I manage'.
