A lot of the support issues we deal with on a daily basis are user errors during business processes. It would be interesting and cool if we could train GPT on our Business processes and it could recognise this and guide People on the right path etc.

I'm using the trail, I don't see that integration, is that not an option during the trail?
Its in the latest release which is in Beta. Your demo is not on the latest version.
