i guess im randomly asking but does someone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the password. I would love any tricks you can give me
Yay! Great reaction to the best Metal song about Headbanging ever. Always get the biggest number of WTF? reactions on this one....the ominous start, then Su's sweet, tinkly voice, then the band let rip and finally the girls all start headbanging - and that's just the first minute (and 4 WTF's) and the song has got a few more to hand out too before the end. Knew you'd love it! Try Catch Me If You Can live as it has a similar driving beat and sweet singing.
Great reaction. Legend 1997 Apocalypse was the title of the show, it was December 21st 2013, the day after Su-metal's 16th birthday - she was born in 1997, this was her celebration concert. Yui and Moa were both 14 (born in 1999). Yes, 'Gimme Chocolate' made it's debut at this show and the official video was taken from that and released early in 2014. For the start of the show they sang to a backing track while the 'Babybones' (in the skeleton costumes) mimed playing the instruments. The Kami Band (corpse face paint and burial robes) took over, playing live for the 5 encore songs, which included this version of 'Headbanger'. The Kami Band have supported Babymetal for the entirety of all live shows since then. 'Headbanger' is a song about a girl going to her first metal concert on her 15th birthday, it is also about coming of age and moving on in life ("I will never forget this special night of my 15"). Yui and Moa took over lead vocals half way through 'Headbanger' in shows on or near their respective 15th birthdays in France and Germany. Moa did it again last year on her 20th birthday.
@Grington300 300 There were a few more Babybones appearances after this in 2013 and 2014, such as 'LIVE IN SINGAPORE' (their first solo show overseas), some TV appearances, and their "Two Man Show" with ChthoniC in Taiwan.
Sumetal was born 1997 and Yuimetal and Moametal were born in 1999. That's what the concerts were named after. Yes, same set as the Gimme Chocolate video you watched.
...Now just a heads up..this is also the concert where they performed my favorite interpretation of the song " Death"..an Epic performance into which they show their undisputed Metal side...
Solid choice, that's a great babymetal video. They have so many good songs. The entire first album and most of the second are fire. BABYMETAL - Ijime,Dame,Zettai - Live at Sonisphere 2014,UK (OFFICIAL)
Did you notice SUE rocking the FREDDY MERCURY style mic stick? The 'ki-e-ro' crowd chant moment at 4:31 mark of your video still gives me goosebumps every time I watch this video, Made all the more effective as the instruments all come back in.When they played this song at the forum in los angeles in oct we went crazy.....And we hit the' ki-e-ro' chant right on que and our queen was smiling with approval. Watching BABYMETAL is like getting punched in the face by three kawaii Asian girls, and you know what I'm ok with that. Its times like this when you realize three kawaii Asian girls are more METAL than you. SU-METAL is our GODDESS QUEEN and an IDOL LEGEND. When all is said and done these girls along with the avengers will go down in history as some of the greatest IDOL LEGENDS alongside the first generation of girls from the IDOL GROUP AKB48. STAY BABYMETAL STRONG, AND MAY THE FOX GOD BE WITH YU...
⚡ 💀 💕 / 🤘 Looks like other commenters answered your questions, so I'll just say, good times! The closest thing Su has had to a rocker like 'Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!!!' recently is 'Kagerou', which started off as as a Su solo song known as 'Tattoo'.
T-Mac, 1997 is when Suzuka/SuMetal was born. Yes this is the same show as gimme Chocolate you reacted to. This is what happens when you mix BabyMetal and the Exodus’s movies together on stage it’s cult-like. ruclips.net/video/jRc9dbgiBPI/видео.html This is a fun fan made video of random BabyMetal clips, movie or tv clips, soundtracks all mixed up and even Captain Jack Sparrow wants to see Yui. This is kinda like a runaway train with no tracks. ruclips.net/video/EHmn6KT9r_M/видео.html
Where is that noise coming from? My understanding is they perform with a backing track and the band uses a 'click track' to keep time so that the songs are exactly the same every time for the backing track and choreography. But of course the Kami Band and Su always are live. I don't think the two girls are live? Correct me if i'm wrong.
I believe Yui and Moa were singing live a lot more and from a lot earlier than they are given credit for (in this one Moa adds and extra "hedoban hedoban" at one point - I think after they put down the smoke cannons), but yes they were supported by a backing track for when they were doing particularly strenuous choreo.
@@Grington300 - Yeah, there is no way they could do that strenuous choreography and sing also. If i danced like they do i would need an ambulance. Anybody who criticizes that is ignorant.
Yui and Moa are often signing live as well. Seems to inversely depend on the intensity of dance. I believe at first there was a lot on the backing tracks and then less backing, more live, over time. Some songs it seems they are singing along with the backing. But they were live at Sonisphere 2014 during I, D, Z (except the bridge section where the trio comes together with their thumbs up). But during Catch me if you can it sounds to me like they are live and on the backing track. I don't know, Scott, you've listened to at least as much Babymetal as I have. What do you think? I'm not sure if there is an actual click track or not. We do know from the captured audio of Suu's IEM feed that she hears a click and count into the song (1,, 2,, 1, 2, 3, 4), but no click otherwise. Since the kamiband members are all experienced session musicians, they would certainly be used to working with a click track in the studio. I would be curious to know for sure, and which songs.
@@johnschultz7765 - I don't know. I'm no expert simply repeating what seemed to me to be plausibly reliable information. All i know is i love babymetal. I only got sucked down the fox hole a week ago. I listened to a couple songs a few months before that.
They used/use backing tracks for several purposes: instruments, which aren't on stage (like piano/keyboard, etc.), harmony voice tracks for Suu and some of the parts of Yui and Moa.
Hey, have one song choice from BABYMETAL🤘🤘, doki doki morning offical video, this is the first song from them finish in 2010 and The video come out on RUclips 2012.

@@rickwagner- Thanks I was forgetting Singapore and the Taiwan show - I wasn't counting TV appearances as they're generally not "live shows" as such.
@Grington300 300 At any rate, you're right.
They were definitely phasing the Babybones out at that point.

Damn, Suzuka - The Queen's eyes! And I wish i could play my guitar half as well....
1997 is when their lead singer, SU-METAL was born!
1997 refers to Su's birth year.
Once upon a time there were three little angels of death who could lead a hundred thousand men to build a wall of death...😈😈😈

The look Sumetal gives is generally referred to as "imperious" or "regal". It is why her fans refer to her simple as "our queen".
