How to enable voicenote uploads on WhatsApp with Voiceflow

In this video, we show how to have your Voiceflow Agent function with Voice modality without having to change anything on your Voiceflow build. This is possible through the FlowBridge integration.
When connecting to WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, you can now send voice notes and this will be handled by FlowBridge and sent through to your Voiceflow build as text.
Thus, no changes needed to be made.

I have flowbridge set up. I have a voiceflowbot ready. Now how can I test it on whatsapp?

There isn't an option to test on whatsapp in voiceflow. Do you have to publish and do something with the widget? Or is their a way, when you click test on voiceflow it automatically sends a message to a phone number to start testing?

Hi, to test on WhatsApp, you could go through the manual method of connecting your Voiceflow bot through the meta app creation process, with that method, you could add a temporary test number which is valid for 24 hours.
