Hi Brendan great Video. I followed all your steps and was able to step up Voiceflow, WhatsApp and Flowbridge. I am able to recive a test message form the testnumber but if i send a message to that testnumber that I connected to voiceflow I don't get any answer back. Any suggestions how I can solve that?

Hey Brendan yet another helpful video was wondering why use Voiceflow over Manychat in the case of building a Whatsapp agent why not just build through manychat what are the difference in capabilities or is it just building experience.
Building through Manychat will be far harder to implement buttons & images. Connecting it directly will automatically send the images and buttons for you.

Hi, I believe you can upload images and have the link sent into Voiceflow, where you can then use GPT4-V with it. I'm not sure if Flowbridge has functionality for voice input yet, might be a question for the Flowbridge discord.

I don't understand why, but unfortunately it didn't work. Unfortunately, when I send a message to the test number, I do not receive a response, but my messages are sent.
When using manychat, you essentially have to build the entire bot again. Flowbridge will automatically have images, buttons etc show up. All manychat allows you to do is talk to the Voiceflow knowledge base via api.

Not at the moment, I believe they will release support for these platforms in the future.
Brilliantly done. While flowbridge etc acts as a middleman, you should use WhatsApp API directly with dialog API

Hi Amanda, I dont think you will be able to to as the bot will automatically start sending messages. You may need to purchase an additional number.

Flowbridge allows you to create new connection for other clients, and can even have several projects per client.

Hi, you can use buttons manually on Manychat, but you will not see the Voiceflow buttons on Manychat.

Can you connect with meta without needing a company? I read that only users who have company can apply for meta API.
You do not need a company to set this up, you do need a Meta Business Account, but this does not require a registered business/company.

Either works, Voiceglow will get you access to their additional features so may be good if that's what you need.
