For me what’s helped is neck stretches incorporating holding weights down by my side. I’ve had upper sternum/rib pain and the stretching has helped. I’ve looked into the scalene muscles but this might not be what causes discomfort for you but it’s something that is overlooked. I’ve also been doing the hanging you recommended in an earlier video. Thanks for the content. Love your channel :)

I will try the weighted holds! Thanks for your reply brother!
It is exciting to know how everything is interconnected in the human body and how one thing can affect the other.
Like how the position of the head can do so much.
Thank you for watching and commenting my friend! 💪

That's true. I was on my 3rd set and 6th rep when I looked down and my chest popped inward. Hope it heals

Do you have information video about everything you have learned from this subject? I'm currently suffering from sternum pain too and haven't done dips for months now and tried many things that could help me to fix this.

Yeah dude, after I got costo from doing dips I haven't done any since. I just don't think its a good exercise for those of us who are predisposed to this. I don't even decline press due to this issue. To each their own I'm not criticizing I'm just saying if it keeps on might want to consider replacing dips with something else. I like bodyweight skull crushers to hit triceps with a bodyweight movement. Also you touch on a good point with having to sit. On long flights this absolutely fucks my back and sternum up. Do you make sure you stand up a stretch for a minute every hour? I try to make sure I do, I've noticed it helps a lot......

Yeah brother! Sitting is a real bitch! I try everything to move every now an then and to brzak up that sitting.
You are so right about the dips. If it doesn't work, you leave it for what it is. And I truly believe that. But I wanted to see and show what is possible with costo and dips. If the conclusion is not to do dips anymore, I'll be happy to day that!
