I love the video. I can suggest you add Technically University and also Medical University, you will find other students joint them. The will look lovely if you add them. Then can you try to add bus line to emergency center it will help too.
I haven't played for some time (frustration), but when I did, I had created "Education hubs", consisting of Elementary and High Schools, near each other, with their playgrounds and playfields between them and possibly parks nearby? ;-)
With the campus you made the track that comes with the high school already come with a football field so the other one you plopped down next to it is irrelevant
It appears to see building the university beside the interchange with close proximity to the core of the center of town downtown will lead to a bottle neck of traffic .
Well i think you should add more shelter in case another emergency but i think you should try to spread it on others area instead of concentrate on Auburn or we can see another horde of people try go to shelter

Its probably "plop the growables" that allows buildings to hang around after re-zoneing.
There was a comment in the last bixton video about why buildings didnt auto delete
They do in the vanilla game. If you are using certain mods in CS 2, they prevent the houses from auto deleting.
I typically create districts and devote schools to a district or two. I makes it easier for me to gauge district population with enough schools

the interchange is always loaded because that is the only exit for the downtown and a huge part of the town.
The ghosting is from using TAA and/or DLSS
Not TAA, just DLSS.
Edit: it's probably because the game is using DLSS 1.4 instead of 2.0 or 3.0

Theres a mod to edit assets in game so that you can modify that university park to have an opening to the college
I swearrr they need to fix those schools and make the buildings smaller 😭
I think the campus could use subway or train access that goes across the city.

Use the better bulldoze mod to get rid of some of the hedge on the university park so you can add a padestrian path into it from the collage
