    Your lectures have been instrumental in helping me navigate through my residency. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider covering a topic on cranial nerves.

      I was actually planning on making one, but give me some time, I have several "real life" presentations I have to prepare the next couple of days, but cranial nerves are definitely on my list :)

    Thank you again for this amazing series. Can I request a lecture specifically on herniation, and perhaps one that looks at radiology of spaces (sub-galeal, peri-osteal, epi/subdural, axial)?

    Sir..In encephalomalacic changes, can we differentiate its either due to chronic infarct or chronic ICH in CT? At my oncall duty night, I found a case with acute ICH in basal ganglia..another hypodense area was also noted at putamen region..I can't decide its chronic infarct or chronic ICH.
