Good lesson, very accurate! I have a question: is it possible that Lennon did an extra track with the 12-string, tuned to Drop D? In the Beatles’ recording, I think I hear a low D note on the chorus during the D chord. I realize it would be very difficult to play the rest of the song in Drop D, but I swear I hear that low D note on the guitar during the chorus!
A great example of John Lennon’s artistry - elegantly simple but still brilliant. Thanks for the great lesson!
Love that woodwind ending…that makes this the complete pkg…👏👏👍
Excellent, you have some real music deciphering and teaching ability.
Thank you so much :-)
Hi Howard, one of my favorites. I watch your fingers changing chords, a mark of a true professional. Peace.
