Holy sh, going from your older videos to your newer ones is like a bomb drop after hearing the voice change
I love your videos keep posting about Carpenters information you give out hold me a lot with my colonies
Great new video! Good new filming style too.
Thanks for the feedback!
I really like both my colonies of Aphaenogaster occidentalis. Jealous of your multiple queen colony! I've only ever found one queen per nuptial flight for some reason.
when should i go and look for queens any tips?
@@benjansens8595 Where I live, Aphaenogaster occidentalis fly normally in August/September. I've always found them around sunset.
Nice video
Tips for crematogaster colony please? My queen is very slow and idk what to do
if its been a long time since you caught her and doesnt have any big larvae/cocoons, she's probably sterile wich means she wont lay workers
omg my cat is sitting on my desk watching the ants walk around the test tube. She even tried to hit one of the queens!
I have a quickly expanding colony of tetramorium imagrans and iv noticed they stay active firther into that fall tham others. That are fun to keep.
Do you think trap jaw ants are a good beginners ant?
