The fact that they got this absolute unit of a game to run on the Switch at all is a major accomplishment. The ability for my switch to turn into a flamethrower on command is also a really great addition!

Compared to how the game started out on the other platforms, if that's all we have to deal with at launch it's a huge improvement.
That's a thing Nintendo does right, they don't bs you with the performance, what you see in the trailer is what you get.

In all seriousness though, hopefully with this port being finished, the team can put full efforts toward RUIN
They have seperate teams for stuff like ports and what not, so this port did not effect RUIN’S development.

Can't wait to see people whining about performance and quality even though the Switch isn't a gaming pc or a big powerful console. This is amazing for what it is.
Honestly, this runs pretty good on my Switch, and mine is one of the older models. Had a few glitches, but nothing that really ruined the experience. Some of the textures are a bit crunchy from the optimization, but there's still enough details in the environment to still get immersed. I'm impressed that it could run on the Switch, I think we need to give the people responsible for the porting a good round of applause.

I’ve played Subnautica on mine and while yes, it took a lot of loading, but it ran really well and I don’t think its the system’s fault. These games are huge and Nintendo’s lack of ironing out problems in ports doesn’t help. We know that. Stop exaggerating.

Have it on switch and I've played it for so long, no it will not cause your console to explode, the only bad thing is that sometimes it takes a minute to load areas but its very fun and i love it hopefully ruin dlc comes

I hope steel wool knows what they’re doing, and I hope they utilize the hardware by maybe adding some motion controls. But most of all I hope they get the game to run as smoothly as possible without too much lag and the game can run smoothly without absolutely destroying the system.

I mean, this IS her first time being on Switch (not including RUclips and mods for other games).
Played this with my gf. It ran really well, actually. The brightness was literally the only problem. We turned on the color blind option and tinkered with it a bit, and then we could actually see! The game only glitches once or twice in the multiple hours we played it.

From what I know fnaf security breach was rushed to the point when someone speed ran it in 5 minutes and apparently is super buggy however there is hope with this new ruin dlc that everything will be fixed
@@I_am_mr_guy they've ironed out a lot of those kinks since launch, I don't know the extent of the bug squashing because I got everything done a while back and haven't touched it since

Still has smaller issues but the massive game breaking glitches were fixed
@@shadowcastyt Considering the 100% glitchless run (as in seeing any glitch resets you to the start of the hour) charity stream done by The Fnaf+ Dev was over 24 hours long… not well.
