Almost 22 years later, seeing her with that cigarette and her cool ass vibe... this concert still feels like falling in love for the first time each time I watch or listen.
What a gig! I remember first watching the dvd 2003-2004 maybe. I was blown away by how unique the sound of Portishead was.

I wasn’t into Portishead until I listened to recording this on vinyl. Perhaps one of the best live performances on vinyl.
I always considered music to be humans best invention. It's what emotions would sound like. Portishead is proof of this.

Here in the quarantine. They were my first concert I went to alone. I was 14 and they played at the Santa Monica Convention Center. My Mom picked me up and dropped me off. Was incredible.

Saw her live in late 90s. Amazing performance. So different, amazing and cutting edge back then. But seriously, who can do this now? She’s timeless!

This is just sublime. When you compare it to the autotuned lightweight pap that is consumed en masse in most modern genres from pop music to rock and country, it makes me utterly despair.
Good God, she's simply amazing.
I love this song, but from 3.40, it some how gets even better. This outro is pure sex. Can't think of a tune that can beat this bit of delicious elegance.

The production in that album is amazing
I'm not one to use expressions that "the kids" are using these days, but I feel safe saying this song was one of "my jams" back in high school. I'm so glad to see it still holds up today.
