Nice video, thanks for clarifying this new mechanic. One thing wasn't too clear is if you can gain Lore on the same turn that you played the location or if you have to wait ornext turn, as the Lore will only count during the opening phase

I would say no, because you gain the lore on the ‘set’ part of the ready, set, draw

How about if your opponent try to challenge one of your characters that are currently in the Location, they can deal Damage on this character or the Location needs to be banished first in order to attack my characters, would be similar to bodyguard mechanic?

When you play a character and it’s “wet”- you pay to move it to a location, is it now considered “dry”? Or does it still have to wait until next turn to be exerted?
