Hey how did u get to fit the 2din android headunit? Is the steering wheel controls usable? like volume? do u need a canbus for it? or just straight connect it? Thanks alot!
Depends on the 2 din unit, this unit is very slim and not bulky on the back. I had to saw away the plastic piece between the sid and the radio which holds the sid cage. The 2 din unit has on both ends a L shaped braked with slots in them, i drillen 2 holes left in the plastic and right so a bolt can go through that hole and secure the radio with flare nuts, hard to get the flare nuts on but does the trick :) About the wheel controls i used a module that Reier parts in the Netherlands sells,
If you’re getting flutter on a regular basis, you should consider installing a BOV. The flutter can cause excessive wear and tear on your turbo. On the other hand, if you’ve got a performance non standard exhaust system, that’s a good thing 🤔
if you have BOV that opens at the very "end", when boost is just almost at the top, and also conical air filter You will have that sound too. I'v got stainless steel inlet pipe, that air filter and HKS Bov. While driving just casually it goes turbo flutter, but with high boost its turbo flutter + bov sound.
@@brendenlehman6665its bad for the turbo because the BOV is not opening in time or fast enough (to dump the excess air) and the compressed air now is now stuck in the intake pipes+intercooler has no where to go (throttle plate close), so it heads back towards the turbo where its 'chopped up' by the compressor blades which makes the STUUTUTUTU noise (nice). This can stall the turbo causing lag, but worse, its puts stress on the bearing/shaft. Who knows how long this can last, maybe a long time for lower boost!?!
🥵🥵🥵😍😍 that turbo sound thoo
V8 s have no chance

I have bought Saab 9-3 two weeks ago noticed there is turbo flutter and hard cut limiter and a bit louder exhaust, I guess that's not stock right? 😃
😄😆

Siiick! 👌👌
What dump valve please? Sounds epic m8
I believe its a Maptun atmosphere one but it doesn't open fully which makes it flutter
@@Grandpasaab thanks buddy! Enjoy and speak soon

@@TomaszSynAndrzeja Ye well my BOV just doesnt open in time so i get the flutter. with a recirculating bov from maptune its no flutter
@@Grandpasaab so we can say bov task failed successfully.
Flutter is bad for your turbo, you need a BOV asap 🤔
it has a BOV but not working properly, already have a working one
@@Grandpasaab That’s good to hear, you don’t want to stress your turbo on that awesome machine 🤔
@@venom6848 YOu can hear the proper BOV on my Nurburgring laps on my channel :)
uhoh what did you do? KEKW
Drive around :)
I had a 2003 93 running side winder turbo fully forged I got 623 bhp
dayum man thats sick! have any footage?
That noise would annoy me. I prefer the more subtle kssshhh of my 9000.
already have the proper blowoff now
this is so bad for the turbo
Yes but good for my ears :)
Yep hope he has an extra turbo
@@valis0053 When it breaks there is space for a bigger turbo :) this is just a chinese TD04-19t with to small exhaust house
How is it bad for the turbo if it’s just a bov and prolly cai

i have no flutter on my 93 aero. any advice?
No, like many say its bad. I like it so I dont care but the reason why mine flutters is because the blowoff isn't opening properly
