Janet Wirostek I always watched Love Connection back then. It was such a fun show to watch. I always wondered about the couples and if things worked out with them. I used to think it would be fun to be on Love Connection, but since I lived and still live in the middle of Pennsylvania, it have been a long commute. Lol You and I are probably the same age, or very close to it. I graduated high school in 1983 and I’m 54 and married now with a family. Back then, I never thought I would have any of that. You were so beautiful and I’m sure you are still beautiful. I’m glad you found your soulmate.
If your personality is anything like it was back then, you can tell your husband he is a lucky man. I feel bad for your sons because in todays world it is very difficult to find women like you especially with the men-bashing today.

I think over half the women on the show would rather pick Chuck. I understand he is/was a ladies man. 5 marriages is what my understanding and 5 or 6 children as well l could be wrong but l think l'm very close to being right. If anyone knows anything different please let me know!

And what I remembered...were your two gorgeous outfits and how nicely you "put them together". I adored how women dressed in the late 1980s and early to mid 1990s. I do Hope your husband...*notices*(I'm guessing you still "dress to the 'nth'"...like before)! Watching from from 36 years in the future. I thought these two people were adorable. Not sure where they are now but I had a smile on my face the whole time. Two beautiful people that liked each other. Would love to hear how their lives turned out but that doesn't really matter ... they had a good time and were charming. I do not like the back stabbing and insults but I guess the show management thought it was good for entertainment. To me those episodes just make me sick. I did watch when I was younger in High School. Big hair, facial hair and mullets ... cut off the back young men. LOL. Never happen because I dated someone that had the hair cut just like that. He actually was just not for me and he crawled on my roof where I was living with my family (I was 17). Mom woke me up and made me confront the guy and tell him NO will not date. My mom was cool about that and left us alone for me to talk ... It was 2 in the morning. God bless my mom. Of course she went to bed. Bless her soul ... but I was angry I had to deal with this. She said ... "I am not intervening"

I liked the look of number 1 guy Russell. He had a lovely smile and didn't seem sleazy or anything..... like many. All the people would be about aged 55 now or headed to 60. Jerry seemed nice too.
