Super Hero is already confirmed as DLC,my guess is that this game started development around the same time as Super Hero so there just wasn’t enough time to include it in the base game,similar to how Smash Ultimate didn’t have a Xenoblade Chronicles 2 character at launch

Frieza Soldier doesn´t make sense either. All characters from the Frieza Saga have already been confirmed and he wasn´t one of them. I hope this is real, but I doubt it.
They could have took one of those filler from Dragon Ball Super and replaced it with Super 17😢 but the game basically hit every point of the franchise correctly outside of that nitpick and there will be DLC😊

@@xxxtenclesjr6765no, it doesn't. Look at the roster again. UI Sign Goku is next to SSJB Goku and UI Goku is next to UI Sign Goku. Both have full Gi, and they're part of Goku (Super). My bet is that UI Sign Goku is a form for base DBS Goku, but once you use UI Sign, you can't go back down to base
