@@cgaviator I fly the virtualcol flight by Columbian developers. They are updating theirs as of Marketplace this week. The Embraer are nice regionals to fly.
Yes they wrote to me with the details. Have you tried AAU1 beta yet? The Garmin's have SVT enabled now as well as much more functions.

Textures looks horrible, Don't even get me into the aircraft systems simulation. Please just stop. MSFS brought quality to the simming community and this looks like sa stain to it.
@@hpharold23 yes all you said is valid but you can’t tell people to please stop just cos it doesn’t fit your requirements. I have free will and I can judge for myself, which is why we have videos like this , if this doesn’t pan out, then it doesn’t pan out, I’m happy to take the loss ( its 30 something dollars here or it goes to door dash anyways , and that ends in the toilet the next day xD ) so long story short I and some like me will take a chance. Maybe we will get burnt but it’s fine.
This was great. Easy to follow, to the point and without any distractions. Except for the catering truck but that wasn't your fault. Seriously.....so many channels are distracting but this was a better change of pace. Thanks again!

Though I am having a problem with the plane. Out of nowhere the nosewheel steering stopped working and then the throttles were reversed and stuck there. I raged quit
@@portlandtwowheels1872 have you got any bindings for reverse thrust? When my throttles stick, that’s why.
@@cgaviator I guess I am having trouble trying to rebind these. I have my Honeycomb Bravo set with Throttle 1 (and 2) on their axis. But i use the jet throttles with reversers. I wonder if I set these reversers as a "Hold" and not Toggle?

If you turn on the APU immediately after turning on the batteries, you'll likely get electrical faults. This doesn't model the real aircraft as it is. With batteries it's only single side operation. Screens 2 and 3 will be the only ones that come on, and MCDU 2 will be the only one powered. Proper procedure is to start the batteries, and wait a couple of minutes until the EICAS fills and the alarm. There will be 2 of them. THEN you start the APU, or connect ground power. If you just leave the batteries on, without ground power or APU, you have about 10 minutes, and the alarm will be going off due to the batts discharging. None of this is your fault, and I'm not criticizing, I just hate that they take the time to get so many details correct, but when it comes to operation and systems on the aircraft, they treat it like a Cessna in many ways.
All true, good detail, thanks. This was an early beta and they’ve corrected a lot since. I guess everyone likes a good looking book cover hence the modelling is gorgeous. The content comes second while they work to improve it.

Effort should be rewarded, so I have given the video a like. But say it isn't so --- cgaviator has joined the straight and level with an autopilot brigade??? Please fly it inverted around the Mach Loop to restore my faith. Or at least through Tower Bridge..... or a Run in And Break at Heathrow..... I used to love fuelling these. You can fuel them nice and fast. They thirsty :) what's max distance? P.s. I was a fueller at London southend. Many diverts from London city. Now they go to Stansted.

Nevertheless when I push the throttle only the right throttle moves and not the left one, would you or I could fix that? I specify that I have a hotas warthog
I think I have it set up as throttle 1 and 2. Just have a look what you have bound to the throttle axis
@@cgaviator I configured my two axes independently, but the problem remains the same. only the right side push moves

Didn’t need aligning in this case. The whole jet is highly automated so wouldn’t be surprised if it’s seem less. But I don’t know

Yes it does, and the APP mode. I just haven’t flown it fully
how did you get a good quality cockpit model, I have an Embraer and this Embraer has a poor quality model and I have an Airbus A320 computer board
This is Flight Sim Studios model. There may be a dodgy version by a different developer.

How do you taxi this aircraft without using the rudder?
If they haven’t connected it for user ease, then the tiller is lower left. Click and drag the wheel to move.
@cgaviator that's my issue, it seemed to me you could only turn using the rudder or dragging the tiller with the mouse, none of which is acceptable. I thought I was missing something.
@@mizzyroro have you check their website for the manual. It may be there’s a setting to enable it?

Hello, someone can help me, I bought this version of this plane and It is impossible to use it because they do not installe propely. need help for how to installe this product.

Pretty much default with a tweak to look around further with less head turning. Trouble is the settings are specific to my monitor and how far away I sit. I’ll try and produce a video and help with setup.

i cannot watch this :( power startup is not realistic. It is not possible to get all 5 disp units on with the battery power only. After switching batteries to on possition, we have to wait aprox 10-30 sec( depends on the system version or age of the aircraft :) ) to get DU no. 2 and DU no. 3( eicas) visable. Then iaw to checklist we should do the apu fire test. Then we can start up the apu. Around 95% of N rotate , the rest of the DU's will on.
Pilot I presume? I can imagine it’s even more frustrating to those who know specifics. It’s early access and I’m sure they’ll add specifics along the way

Eh? Where do you hear that? You pay discounted price for early access. You get free updates for life for the E170/175 model. I don’t know what they’re planning for the E190/195.

@@ThatCanadianGuy-e1p that’s completely incorrect. Captain Canada probably misspoke or meant to say for each model not each update . But people have already been put on the negative by a lot of the streamers so everybody just took what was said without ever checking the validity of the info.
I‘m sorry to say that this video is quite confusing and misleading. No real pilot would ever take off with this aircraft like this. What you show is how to have some fun with a game, but this has nothing to do with piloting this aircraft. This addon for MSFS is supposed to represent Embraer‘s Ejet series as truthfully as possible (to my understanding). So, a start and takeoff would at least include a more or less complete setup of the MCDU including weight & balance settings and V-speeds. Also, prior to takeoff, at least the initial heading and altitude should be set, the flight director ON, the TOGA switch activated and so on. It‘s frankly speaking a bit frustrating to see such a video and I would really appreciate something at least a little bit more realistic for a product like this.
I’m very sorry this has caused you anger. My intention is for it to be accessible for the majority. I’m sure other streamers will include the MCDU etc. I was hoping that it would at least be better than nothing while in early access and with limited system depth.

But maybe I am too serious about this hobby. And BTW, I am still enjoying Feelthere’s representation of this aircraft for P3D a lot!
@@flyfoxswiss I know this addon has caused a divide in the community and, as a creator that just wants to have fun, I’ve felt a fair bit of the backlash. I’m not promoting anything, I don’t get paid for this. I just thought it would be useful for those starting out. No worries 👍🏻
This planes lags so much for me
It did ok for me, maybe a few stutters on the pre release build. Trouble with lags is that it could be not related to the model, and maybe a server issue or conflict with other addons. That said, they could also have introduced an issue.

I’d have to agree to disagree on the textures. But I understand it’s all opinion and it’s not for everyone

Fair… I’m not airline pilot that’s for sure… lesson learnt! Though if this helps basic users get up and running then it serves a purpose. 👍🏻
