    Who is this for? Nobody can afford homes anymore....people who can are either investing, or they already have one. Not enough customer base to be on RUclips..

    This first house is the basic version. It is not bad but I find the design is not prportionate. It is too small too long. Then I find the disposition upstairs not good.I explain. I starts at the stairs where you are like entering a grotto. Covering should at least be wood or better a stone and to make it more spacious like the kitchen the stairs should at least be half open seen from beneath with an iron railing. Upstairs, I see many walls and corners which is unpractical and the television and loft corner take all the place. I don't like either that carpet upstairs (again basic) and supplements for laminate. Suppose your kid sick at night and vomiting on it .An advantage and at the same time a disadvantage is that you won't have to invest much in furniture (built in drawers) but that makes such a home pretty predictable and unpersonal. It is a house made by and made for Americans. Kinda medium cheese burger with a juicy bite. Would I invest 600.000 USD in such a house in Arizona? By God no. The thing is houses in the States are not built to last forever. I get a real cheap feel when walking through those empty places. I miss stone walls. The yard is also typical American, a concrete wall is the fence. That gives that enclosed compound feeling but it also gives easy privacy. How do you get in the yard with a Bobcat to do landscaping or building a garden house? Through the living room or ploughing up the front yard? How much costs land in Arizona? Suppose you buy a building plot in San Tan for 100.000 USD. You let design a nice medium stonehouse by an architect which will cost around 350.000 USD. to build. You will have around 50.000 additional costs for sewer, water electriciy connection and garden. Can you count? I can.
