Awesome video, helpful and detailed. I'm sharing this my clients who need the very basics, and am Pinning it. Thank you for taking the time to do this video.
Thank you for sharing. I am 61 years old and have been rebounding since 1992. During the late summer to fall I ref my grandchildren soccer games (10 to 14 year old) and I am able to keep up with them. I have more energy than some of the 30 something generation. I am excellent condition and do not take any medications. I thank God for my health! I believe rebounding in addition to my low carb/refine sugars diet have help keep my weight in the 145-150 range. Blessings.

I know this video was made 5 years ago, but it's still timely for those of us just beginning to use rebounders. I was in good shape with daily 2 mile walks until I had an injury that kept me in bed for 2 months- now walking the way I did isn't an option- but rebounding is the perfect alternative! This video is so informative- thank you😄
We bought ours with a bar that you can hang onto for extra stability and feel we couldn't rebound without it. It makes you feel very safe from falling. Maybe we'll be able to improve enough to morph away from it, but for now, I'd say it's a must for my husband and I.
Thanks a ton for this video. I loved the fact that you considered beginners. My mother, at 77, doesn't have the health for rebounding but she can sit on a chair with feet on the rebounder, for starters. Thanks again for some priceless tips.
I just pulled my rebounder out of another room and put it in my dining room close to my living room so I can watch videos on my Smart TV in order to learn how to use this thing. So happy to have found this video because it's spot-on as far as information that is vital for me and probably others. I think she did a wonderful job on this video and I would just want to say thank you so very much.
I would recommend, starting out, that one baby bounce for at least 2 months. Moving one's arms can have quite an effect in this and the rest of the body is going to get pumping no matter what you do BUT, I would give the connective tissue an opportunity to gain strength before full on bouncing, particularly if one is older or overweight as the skin won't be able to provide compression to help support the internal organs as they're bouncing and women with heavier breasts or who have lost a lot of weight can attest to the "gravity of the situation", in that regard.. I'll be 63 this year and have only just started. I purchased some compression leggings and long sleeve compression shirts to provide the support I would have if I were younger and my skin was tighter. While awaiting the arrival of my "cellerciser", I've been bouncing on the edge of the bed and "baby" bouncing on an old rebounder that I don't really trust, despite it being a high end piece of equipment, as that was over 30 years ago. It was good then but I've never been good at "routines" so it simply didn't get used, but starting out - at my age - I want something solid and secure and engineered for the long haul. And once I get my connective tissue built back up, I want to be able to do more on it. I already want to do more but not on the old rebounder and not before my ligaments and tendons have had a chance to build up. Particularly, with regard to my ankles and knees as they are particularly weak in those areas. The energy in the muscles is able to compensate but I don't want to beat them up before they've had a chance to BUILD up. But, that said, even after just a couple of weeks bouncing on the edge of the bed and health bouncing on my old rebounder, I'm already rock solid on my feet and more so than I can remember being...well...ever. You don't really think about that sort of stuff when you're a kid but, anyone who is over 50 will know what I mean. This time last month, I was thinking about nursing homes. Now, I'm looking forward to spring lawn cleanup and cleaning my own gutters. ON a ladder! Great video, I received mine several months ago. Surprised how off balanced I felt so I ordered the handle while getting used to it. Now I’m ready to begin. Purchased the Jumpsport Pro 550. Not cheap but I know I would not have used one if it didn’t feel great. I’m almost 72, widowed, do all the yard work, but this sounds so healthy waking all the cells up! Thank you!❤
Thank you for posting an excellent instructional video for beginning rebounders like me! I just received mine today. I love it already! It’s so nice to move and work muscles without feeling joint pain.
Just bought mine and just now used it for the first time while watching this video. Did only 5 minutes max with the lowest rebound feet stayed on mat, and the back of my legs and knees began to feel pressure type pain (mild enough though) so I stopped. Even if I start with only a minute or two a day then later do the same a few times throughout the day. I can really feel something throughout my whole body, and this was just my first time doing this. I can even feel it in my swallowing and within 20 minutes of stopping I received a headache. So my lymphatic system must be seriously plugged up. It's going to take me some very slow going at first to get through this as I've not been well for some time now. Thank you for making this video freely available. It has encouraged to start and also to continue.
@Angie W I just read your reply to Lori dated 6 months ago and just want to encourage you Angie to keep bouncing on the rebounder! I was especially encouraged by the comment cccincocc made about feeling like she was ready for a nursing home but after bouncing for a while she has so much more energy and strength in her legs she knew she could get on a ladder to clean her gutters! I'm 71 and last year my friend Geanie encouraged me to get a rebounder since bouncing keeps the lymphatic system cleaned out. My cousin had just been diagnosed with cancer in the lymph nodes so that was a big motivator for me to get bouncing! I have reaped so many benefits from bouncing! More energy has been one of the biggest blessings! I truly hope Angie that you reconsidered and have, or will, bounce your way to better health, energy and strength! ☺️
Yay! I am so glad that my first time experience was motivated and modeled by someone near my age. This is not only inspiring but also very credible. You are a great role model and seem so very trustworthy. I will follow your advice very seriously. I've never been a very fit person, but it's never too late! Thanks so much.
Great video! Thanks so much! I just got one and thought "i'm taking it back" recovering from chemo and then I thought "but it has so many health benefits that you need" so i'm going to keep it.
Great video, thank you! I highly recommend the Jump Sport Fitness Trampolines, they are exceptional. Great quality, very sturdy, very quiet, i love mine! The price is definitely higher than your average $50 Walmart trampoline but is so, so much better. Every penny spent on it is invested in bettering our health.
One thing that is also important and not mentioned, even though this is a very good video. The type of rebounder is important. The low grade ones ( from Walmart) can cause significant damage to the spine. The suspension has a lot to do with the g-force so to help keep this low impact on joints and vertebrae. In my research the urban rebounder being the most affordable, celersizer the next affordable and my top choice then the belicon being the priciest of the three, might be because it is manufactured in Germany. Lol I highly recommend for this to become your go to exercise and to reap the ultimate benefits choose the better quality ones. Happy bouncing. Aloha
@@user-on7zd8yi8g I read it in a couple different places. I’d have to take some time to look them up again. It made sense if the support of the tension isn’t calibrated accurately it could have negative effects. NASA uses rebounding to train their astronauts. So there is great value in rebounding for our health, down to a cellular level.
I do it daily,,and rebound to Donna Summers music..I have IGoogle and just-ask it to play Donna Summers and I’m off for 4-5 songs...Love my trampoline 🌷🌷
I just got a rebounder & really enjoy it. It's in my livingroom so I jump while watching the TV. This video certainly explained how to begin since I have a tendency to over do.
Ive been rebounding off & on for over 15 yrs.....i started out with the urban rebounder...... i now have a beautiful bellicon. I came back recently to rebounding at 60. I was pretty tired at first but now i have built my resistance up! I start my off days with walking in the park for an hour at 5a....when i get home, i do 20-30 min on my peloton, and end it with my bellicon.....i feel good!! I had high blood pressure, & i am predisposed for diabetes. I also have arthritis in both knees and one shoulder. When i found out about the arthritis, my doctor told me to keep moving. So i now walk 5-6 miles every day. Since rebounding and my other activities, my blood pressure is in normal range. I feel no pain with my arthritis...i am able to move about quite well. I do still work - making a plan to retire in 4 yrs...i have more energy now.....i hope to continue this for the rest of my days! Its fun!
Hiii!🙋🏾♀️ Karen H I recently discovered rebounding. I purchased a cheap one...but want to upgrade to a better one...but still in my budget. What do you suggest I purchase? I'm 58 and recently retired.
@@jacquelines3685 i dont know what your budget is.....but they also have one called “leaps & bounds”. I would have bought that over the bellicon had i known about it. Its less than $200. I bought one for my daughter in law. i told her there were many free videos on youtube. Ive been told they are pretty good. I have had a few rebounders and the cheap ones just jar the body. Its never too late to do this..i wish you luck... you can also look on sites like facebook marketplace or mercuri. You might be able to find a good deal....i got my fingers crossed for you!
@@Cocoatreat Hiii🙋🏾♀️ Just saw your message! You are so sweet to reply Thanks! Yesterday I ordered The Jump Sport 350 pro from Amazon. The 250 is great for Seniors...but I wanted a upgrade so went with the 350 pro. It was around $340. I splurged on it. Liked that it has arched legs, it's quiet, adjustable cords ( 4 levels) and it's supposed to be compatible with Bellicose. It's also made by a family owned business with a pretty good warranty on parts. I'm so excited! It comes Wednesday. I gained about 40 lbs during this pandemic! I want to get some kind of Healthy again! Thanks again Karen for your motivation!!❤️👍🏾
@@jacquelines3685 the jump sport is a very good rebounder....thats one of the top ones....do what you got to do for your health... i think the only thing i have done to my bellicon is replace the cords....as i wanted it to bounce less relaxed.... they have so much content on youtube that it really helps in your journey.....i just bounce about 10-15 minutes daily....it feels good!! And always know that its OK to skip a day or two....as long as you go back.....the body should have a rest day.... my biggest problem with exercise is that i have guilt when i skip a day....i have to remember to not be so hard on myself.... this works! & I’m pretty sure you will be happy with the results! Good luck!!
@@Cocoatreat Thanks again! I tried to to read the reviews and you have confirmed what I read about the Jump Sport. One day I'll move up to your Bellicon Great advice! I have only been staying on the rebounder about 10 or 15 min. I missed 2 days in a roll and felt so guilty! Wednesday when the Jump Sport comes I will use it at least 5 days per week. I've only been retired 3 years now but watch it... when you retire most of us get kinda lazy😆 Thank goodness I've discovered something I feel I will stick to and isn't too hard on my knees. Thanks Again Karen & message me anytime!❤️
Sarah Yip are you happy with the one that you got from that company? I've been trying to research the best one to get and there's seems to be my favorite. But I want to make my money worth it. Your input is appreciated.
With so many few views I thought that this would be useless but I actually found it very helpful. I'm almost 74 and I need to start with baby steps. Thanks so much.
Very good clear talking and advice on how to start out on these. I hope to buy one soon and will certainly be coming back to view this video. Thank you ☺
thank you so much. I did start to fast, i was dancing like and hour and the next day,i felt like my body had been in an accident. Now after a couple of months i found these video ,thank you so much. i will take it easy tbese time
My daughter has been using a rebounder for years as part of her fitness regime. I have finally taken the hint and mine will arrive in two days so I am doing my due diligence regarding the best use for someone as out of condition as myself. Thank you for so many valuable insights on Safely starting. I have numerous injury issues to be cautious of in starting this exercise. Spinal issues being the most prominent among them, my back is fused on three levels, my neck is fuse on two levels. I have balance issues so I did opt for a rebounder with a rail. Hopefully when I have progressed enough I will be able to eliminate the rail, but for now I feel the wisest course is to have the option available. I know I will be reviewing this video from time to time to make sure I get maximum benefit from my rebounder. My thanks once again Dr. Pat for the instruction and advice.
I just bought one at a yard sale and it is like new so I am anxious to begin using this! I am definitely a beginner and also overweight but I will try these suggestions!
hi My name is Pam. Absolutely love theis video as a beginner! Look forward to the next one! With covid still not at the gym very unsure! This works well! Thanks!
Your rebounding experiences and tips were very helpful. I also enjoy the Heath Bounce before/after other forms of fitness, too. In a pool, Aqua fitness has become one of my other favorites. I like using two pair (wrists/ankles) of Aqua Cuffs and short fins, and exchanging Hydrotone System 2 Bells and Boots combinations. Its safe and provides a wide range of natural motions, resistances and bouyencies. Tether belts attached are perfect to help stay in a favorite spot.
I’m in my late 60’s and attend a fitness class twice a week. I’ve been trying to find something to do a couple other days during the week, and i think I found it! I have watched other ”beginner” videos and was pretty discouraged with the whole thing. I came across this today, and like the way rebounding was described - especially to start slowly. I don’t have to do a lot of bouncing or jumping all around, which creates balance issues for me. I look forward to starting slowly and gradually increasing my movements! Thanks
I like rebounding and started at 71 and love it, now 72 I found out that I have a beginning condition of uterin Prolaps - do you have any advice how to work the muscles to strengthen the pelvic floor on the Rebounder without worsening the condition - it is fun and would love to find a way to work rebounding to my advantage. Hope to hear from you.
Another vid in here talked about that. Exercise was to draw your naval in and squeeze like you do when you have to hold a pee. Search under rebounder, and hopefully, you find the vid.
First thing in the morning on empty stomach is good cardio and burns fat, not your digested breakfast. Sometimes for a change, I rebound with no rebounder. Just alternate back and forth with a skip step on the floor. Builds calves and great aerobics, with or without weights in each hand.
KT Kee Yep! Even as a teen I couldn’t bounce on the dang trampoline safely without that happening so imagine now at 67! Might have to check out adult diapers!
I have decided to buy a rebounder and tennis shoes. I want to overcome edema. So far I have managed to reduce my pain levels with the other things I am doing. I am thinking of buying an EWOT and using the rebounder as my exercise machine. I found a German herbal formula and took 6 herbs twice a day. After a year or so I was able for the first time in my life to pass an echocardiogram test. I expect good results from a rebounder.
Leaving the rebounder out isn't always the best. I broke my toe one night when I was walking through the house in the dark. Put it off the beaten path.
Thank you. This was helpful. I'm still at the "medical-bounce" level (although I workout six-days-a-week = weight resistance). At 83, I have to be forget about my youthful athletic prowess and accept my current limitations.
You are welcome Marly. I guess the trick is to know what's good for us then to do it. The rebounder can be demanding or provide a nice gentle exercise. Do what feels good. :-)
that´s exactly what happened to me when i started exercising for 20 min the first days instead for just a few minutes. 2-3 days later my neck felt so stiff and i had to pause for a week.
Hi I just found your video. I’m a senior, just got a rebounder. Do you recommend sneakers or barefoot? My rebounder has springs, would one with bungee cords be better? Thank you for your video and for reading this.

Angela Backer none as far as benefits on how it strengthens the lymphatic system and destroys the toxins in the body However the rebounder is safe for elderly people to jump up and down on because their fragile bones
Guys looking to get people's opinion on a discussion that is packed to the proverbial Yin Yang on debate....which rebounder to buy? I know the lambo version of the rebounder is the Bellicon, but can anyone recommend an alternative that is cheaper and does the job for Health Rebounding exercises.....5 mins mantainance each day. Ive actually been rebounding for about 3 months using a cheapo one bought at Decathlon. To be honest Im feeling good but noticed that my knee which had the ACL operation isnt feeling so great , and should be noted has never been the case. If the tribe calls it out and it should be Bellicon, I'll do what I need to do, but thought I should reach out to the wider collective for a view. Many thanks and much love
Hi there. I am planning on getting a cheaper version rebounder (I am in South Africa and would have to import a Bellicon at massive cost). My biggest concern, and also the reason I am looking at a rebounder, is that I have an injured meniscus. From my research on the net, this kind of exercise is good for knees as long as your legs and feet are landing in the correct position. If I remember correctly, knees should be slightly bent and you should be landing as straight down as possible. Th pressure on your knees comes from not landing correctly. I don't know if this helps, maybe google it a bit.
great dicotomy over spring vs elastic resistance. Foot pronation is greater on all elastic so one must compensate. I find springs and non streatch mat much better to run on while elastic gives you more air, I use a needack but would like an elastic to use also. I think bellicons are overpriced
Has anyone with foot and ankle arthritis done rebounding???? I asked 2 doctors (foot & arthritis doctor) and got no straight forward answer. I want to rebound!
I had some pain in my big toe joints due to osteoarthritis for some years, but that seems to have improved since I started rebounding a month ago. I do it barefoot daily and am careful to keep a good posture and ensure my feet don’t roll in or out when I land. Go easy when you start and don’t overdo things or you might injure yourself and get discouraged. Initially, I felt a bit dizzy after just a few minutes and was wondering if rebounding was for me, but after a while, my body adjusted and I can now do 2 15 minute sessions a day. At 63, I’m definitely not a fitness freak but I realised I needed to exercise more because my body was getting weaker with a sedentary lifestyle. I found the treadmill boring, and discovered I love rebounding and it’s done wonders for me after just a month of daily rebounding eg lower blood pressure, my legs look more toned, and the thigh cellulite smoother, my skin less dry (all proving that it does improve circulation as claimed), more energy, better balance, less shoulder pain, better sleep, etc. I’m hoping to lose some weight too. Give it a try, but just a few minutes in the beginning and see how your body reacts. If you still have foot pain, you might try rebounding with supportive shoes. Oh yes, after watching this video, I decided not to buy a rebounder with a support bar, but I place my rebounder next to the window rail so I can get support any time I feel unsteady. It was the right decision because now my balance is better after a month of daily rebounding, I hardly need the rail for support. Good luck!
Heheh! perhaps I'm simply easily amused. But calling people "less obvious family members" somehow gives me a chuckle I'd think maybe you wanted to say "less active" and I'm not sure why you didn't or what "less obvious" even means...scratching my head, it wasn't apparently obvious to me
I was wondering, would all that bouncing up and down make your face sag quicker? Or your breasts? Also, which is better, wearing shoes or being barefoot on the rebounder?
Just got a rebounder and tried it out for a few minutes, but found my knees hurt so bad the next day. I will try with the beginning bounce. Has anyone else had knee issues?
I have bad knees and I worry about this also. I can walk around the block for 15 minutes with no knee pain at all but I wonder if this bouncing stuff is good for knees.

Lol
I highly recommend for this to become your go to exercise and to reap the ultimate benefits choose the better quality ones. Happy bouncing. Aloha
That’s interesting, where did you get that information about cheap rebounders causing damage to the spine?
@@user-on7zd8yi8g I read it in a couple different places. I’d have to take some time to look them up again. It made sense if the support of the tension isn’t calibrated accurately it could have negative effects. NASA uses rebounding to train their astronauts. So there is great value in rebounding for our health, down to a cellular level.
I feel discomfort in my calves. Has anyone else experienced this?
I do it daily,,and rebound to Donna Summers music..I have IGoogle and just-ask it to play Donna Summers and I’m off for 4-5 songs...Love my trampoline 🌷🌷
I just got a rebounder & really enjoy it. It's in my livingroom so I jump while watching the TV. This video certainly explained how to begin since I have a tendency to over do.
Just discovered rebounding!
Love it so far!
Great Tips my friend!🙋🏾♀️❤️
Its fun!

I recently discovered rebounding.

Just saw your message!
Good luck!!

Thanks again! I tried to to read the reviews and you have confirmed what I read about the Jump Sport. One day I'll move up to your Bellicon
Great advice! I have only been staying on the rebounder about 10 or 15 min. I missed 2 days in a roll and felt so guilty!
Wednesday when the Jump Sport comes I will use it at least 5 days per week. I've only been retired 3 years now but watch it... when you retire most of us get kinda lazy😆
Thank goodness I've discovered something I feel I will stick to and isn't too hard on my knees.
Thanks Again Karen & message me anytime!❤️
I’ve been bouncing on my Leaps and Rebounds fitness trampoline and I can say that it’s keeping me motivated to keep going.
Thank you for your well-considered and helpful introduction. Love the obvious joy (joie de vivre) this has brought to your life.
Thank you for the detailed, safe and informative video. Just what I was looking for as a beginner.
Very good clear talking and advice on how to start out on these. I hope to buy one soon and will certainly be coming back to view this video. Thank you ☺
thank you so much. I did start to fast, i was dancing like and hour and the next day,i felt like my body had been in an accident. Now after a couple of months i found these video ,thank you so much. i will take it easy tbese time
How are you doing today?
Are you still rebounding?
If you have, how much weight have you lost?
The rail is used in certain moves. It's not just for those with balance or other issues
Thanks!

Best rebound video for beginners!
Thanks
Check out SanFran Rebound Fitness channel here on RUclips. They have loads of videos for beginners.
Thank you so much for this video. I have just bought my first rebounder and you have fired me up to use it, albeit slowly at first!
Great advice for this beginner. Thank you.
Love this! Could you do a follow up? How are your results now?
Great tips. I did it without shoes and ended up going to a podiatrist. Took two years to heal the metatarsalgia area.
your video is totally awesome!! thanks so much for sharing your wisdom for this beginner.
Really enjoyed this video. The Dr. brought back memories of my time in the health care field.
Excellent question! I wish she’d answer
Another vid in here talked about that. Exercise was to draw your naval in and squeeze like you do when you have to hold a pee. Search under rebounder, and hopefully, you find the vid.
Isn’t that a simple quick surgical procedure?
Wow just stumbled upon this video. Love it I get a great bit of cardio for a beginner.
I love mine. I do it barefoot. It's really strengthened my ankles.
First thing in the morning on empty stomach is good cardio and burns fat, not your digested breakfast. Sometimes for a change, I rebound with no rebounder. Just alternate back and forth with a skip step on the floor. Builds calves and great aerobics, with or without weights in each hand.
Thank you so much for these wonderful tips
One thing everyone else is too tasteful to mention is if you're over 40 you'll probably need to urinate first...
And at any age, it can be an instant cure for constipation. (Yes. Instant. INSTANT!)
KT Kee Yep! Even as a teen I couldn’t bounce on the dang trampoline safely without that happening so imagine now at 67! Might have to check out adult diapers!
Yes. It gets your digestion system working better too!
Is it better to ware shoes or bear feet. I just got a rebounder so it is new and your information is a great help
I appreciated your most informative video thank you.

How about your DEXA scans? Have you made comparisons to see whether bones are showing improvement?
Loving this. Thanks so much.
great tips, thanks
I have decided to buy a rebounder and tennis shoes. I want to overcome edema. So far I have managed to reduce my pain levels with the other things I am doing. I am thinking of buying an EWOT and using the rebounder as my exercise machine. I found a German herbal formula and took 6 herbs twice a day. After a year or so I was able for the first time in my life to pass an echocardiogram test. I expect good results from a rebounder.
Great video, thank you, I’ll go get my rebounder out of the basement now. ☺️☺️
Leaving the rebounder out isn't always the best. I broke my toe one night when I was walking through the house in the dark. Put it off the beaten path.
Saw a hack , to cut pool noodles and keep around the legs
Invest in a few LED nightlights?
Thank you. This was helpful. I'm still at the "medical-bounce" level (although I workout six-days-a-week = weight resistance). At 83, I have to be forget about my youthful athletic prowess and accept my current limitations.
Kudos to you.
You are welcome Marly. I guess the trick is to know what's good for us then to do it. The rebounder can be demanding or provide a nice gentle exercise. Do what feels good. :-)
I guess you answered my question, I'm not too old to start rebounding at 72!
Are you still going?
Thank you I jumped right in and gave myself a headache. Do you have to wear shoes?
I see others with no shoes. I did it on a full stomach and for 2 long lol
that´s exactly what happened to me when i started exercising for 20 min the first days instead
for just a few minutes. 2-3 days later my neck felt so stiff and i had to pause for a week.
Hi I just found your video. I’m a senior, just got a rebounder. Do you recommend sneakers or barefoot?
My rebounder has springs, would one with bungee cords be better?
Thank you for your video and for reading this.
shoes give better stability. I love my jump sport with bungee cords..
What rebounder are you using Dr ?
Does this out much strain on one’s hip? I have a friend who needs hip replacement and she’s been looking for something she can do in meantime.

Hi beata, thanks for the compliment! Dr. Pat is using a Rebound-Air. She discusses her choice and there is a discount code on our site if you'd care to check it out: www.hollyhouse.org/lymphasizing/.
ReboundAIR brand.
My dad is 70, just started trampoline, but he semi stroked 2015, he walks fine, he walk about 5 km every morning, but after trampoline, he said his foot got heavy for a bit, may I know if its okay, thank you 🙏
what's the difference between rebounding and jumping?
Angela Backer none as far as benefits on how it strengthens the lymphatic system and destroys the toxins in the body
However the rebounder is safe for elderly people to jump up and down on because their fragile bones
Angela Backer rebounding is much easier on the joints.
Thanks so much!
do you recommend wearing shoes or rebounding barefoot?
shoes give you more stability
Hi Dr Pat, do you know if I can buy one of those black covers for my rebounder?
i don't wear trainers when i rebound
I have bare feet every time.
when she started Spinning ....i was worried for her
such a nice lady
That's I i do it, changing the bounce, arms, ankles, I like to spin, too, but, i have to do a lite ease bounce now, I strain bmy back
What about shoes. Should you wear them or not? I've seen people use one with and without.
I alternate
Why do i feel pelvic pressure while I'm bouncing?
Is it bad to rebound bare feet? I am 77 and have just started. I am doing ok and able to do basic exercises but I see you are wearing shoes.
I feel discomfort in my calves. Have others experienced this?
It's just because you are using your muscles.
Subtitles would help as I often watch videos when others are around. Good video tho, 😊
If you want subtitles you need to manually turn them on through the video.
or if you able, go to bottom of your screen and click on the cc,
Guys looking to get people's opinion on a discussion that is packed to the proverbial Yin Yang on debate....which rebounder to buy? I know the lambo version of the rebounder is the Bellicon, but can anyone recommend an alternative that is cheaper and does the job for Health Rebounding exercises.....5 mins mantainance each day. Ive actually been rebounding for about 3 months using a cheapo one bought at Decathlon. To be honest Im feeling good but noticed that my knee which had the ACL operation isnt feeling so great , and should be noted has never been the case. If the tribe calls it out and it should be Bellicon, I'll do what I need to do, but thought I should reach out to the wider collective for a view. Many thanks and much love
derrickwong1981 jumpsport is good value
I started with an urban rebounder which was fine to start but the needack has better springs and mat.
I rebound just to be able to walk: 5 minutes three times a day. Robert Hall gives some great routines but youtube is full of good and bad advise.
❤
Recommendation for ladies... Get yourself a Boobuddy!
Good luck!
Can I jump on my bed ?
Check with your mom or dad before beginning.
❤❤❤❤😊
Heheh! perhaps I'm simply easily amused. But calling people "less obvious family members" somehow gives me a chuckle I'd think maybe you wanted to say "less active" and I'm not sure why you didn't or what "less obvious" even means...scratching my head, it wasn't apparently obvious to me
Can I do it barefooted?
I was wondering, would all that bouncing up and down make your face sag quicker? Or your breasts? Also, which is better, wearing shoes or being barefoot on the rebounder?
I would think improved blood flow would be good for your face. And make sure to wear the sport bra-:)
