The home has a main bath like nothing I've ever laid my eyes on before! I'm very grateful Tucker Construction and St. Jude allowed me tour this brand new house. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 3,200 sq ft heated and cooled. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this home walk through video.
Also let me mention the price building estimates I gave are based on the heated & cooled sq ft. However like I mentioned these are only estimates and mainly based on what homes are being built for in this area!

I’m a big fan of St Jude! I’m truly grateful for them, and the wonderful work that they do. Chance, this is a lovely home. I love the spacious family room. The kitchen is lovely! The flooring in every room is perfect! I am a big fan of floor to ceiling tile. The master bathroom is awesome! I would love to have a bath tub in the shower!!! Beautiful home. Thanks for sharing

Gorgeous home. Love the layout. Love the beautiful tiles in the bathrooms. Shower in Master bath is unique , but I'd prefer to have a built in bench & tub located separately. Do not like free standing tubs. I'm 66 & afraid of slipping & falling getting in or out of those tubs.Othet than that, wouldn't change anything. Back porch is heavenly. Thank you for this tour.

I like the real bookcases by the fireplace, barely enough for my collection, but as most folks in the US only read about a book a year, they don't need much in the way of bookcases. Personally I would have preferred red brick both outside and inside. Great island except for the microwave. To far down for me to use and dangerous for kiddos where it is just right for prying hands. Be still my heart. A 6 burner stove top! Lots of drawers. Great kitchen especially with the pantry. Two ovens! I would love this kitchen if I could still cook. Great closet in the downstairs bedroom and what a great bathroom! I love that one wall in the master bedroom shower. It is like a strip piece quilt. I have made several of them. Love this house, I wouldn't mind winning it, but the taxes the winner would have to pay would knock your socks off.

Wow! Stunning! That's so beautiful....I love every single part of this house! Beautiful fixtures in all the bathrooms.... They all had a different vibe. Totally loved the laundry room.... Vintage looking tiles on the floor looked beautiful with those cupboards. I want this house!!! Lol

WOW, what an amazing home. It’s beautiful! It did need coat closet, lol! The price isn’t too bad, I was expecting close to a million because something like that here in Central Texas would be a million dollars. They just don't help to saves lives, they also help families with food and shelter while the child(ren) are in the hospital.

St. Jude is wonderful and love that they would do this. This home is beautiful, maybe I missed something or they haven't been installed yet, where are hanging racks in the closet? I saw no bars to hang things on.

The only thing I would do extra, would be on the patio. I would have a drop down shade, or some sort of protection so that if it is raining you could still sit out there and maybe protect the furniture. This house is phenomenal.

Gorgeous master and master bath. Love it!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is the master bathroom with the tub in the shower. My other favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, the blinds, and the lights in the kitchen area. God bless you and your family.

Awesome Job Brother Chance. Love this house I cal that the Disco house! Hahaha! Why? The lights in both kitchen and upstairs. What bothers me are the 5 panel doors and the closets have no rods! I thougjt they normally build in that. Prefer tiled floor in kitchen and ALL wood cabs in all rooms kitchen bathrooms and even closets. Natural wood. The white no rods closets reminded me of homes I have seen fron 1800s and even early 1900s. Looks depressed to me. I prefer doors like the Cross and rhe Bible pattern. Not 5 panels. Closets need rods!
I love those blue tiles in one of the bathroom because it was exact the same tiles and pattern as it was put in 1978 at my mom's friend's house with those same blue tub, sinks and toilet... ahh thise wede the days. As for main bath... really? Glass door. What if you walk and slipped into glass. Bye... so I would take out and enclouse more and use curtains. We had to get rid of glass doors in bathroom about 20 years ago after one of my ex's slipped into glass door in bathroom. We speak up against it. Btw yes that person is okay. Everything too white! Thst bathroom will be retiles. The laundry room. Cabs needa to be natural. Get rid of thst ugly tile. I want more plain tiles. And needs more room to irn! Lately laundry rooms are eliminating space for ironing! Re space it. Office too smal. Upstairs it shall be office but no disco light! DISCO! HA God bless!

This house is Fabulous, by "St. Jude".
I’ve never heard that they built these homes. I know I made a few statements that seem negative but overall it’s a beautiful home.

St. Jude has been my go to charity for more than 40 yrs.
I believe you will find that a terazzo floor. Very common in Florida in the 50's, thus my home has it.
They don't build st. Judes home like this in las Vegas, NV. I would definitely try to win this home!!!
