Here is the link to the video where I share an abundance of inspiration and ideas on what to actually DO with these buttons, and how to use them in projects: ruclips.net/video/Jg0dRk4DN30/видео.html
Button button, who's got the button. A game that was played way back in the 1800's, i participated in the 1940's. Your presentation of your pretty buttons is very eye catching. I think by attaching them on the colour cardstock that is of all the same colour, and has been stitched in haphazardly design really sets these buttons into the elegant world. I'm hooked!
Here’s an idea: during pandemic, I found myself making lots of banana bread, lol, and buying Gold Medal flour in the small bags. Each bag has 3 circular Gold Medal emblems on it, and I found myself saving all of them after emptying the bag. I was saving them to make some kind of mixed media artwork, turning the circles into sunflowers. But now after watching this video, I think they would be perfect for buttons!
Of course we’ll all be back! We’re devotees! We’re inspired and in awe of your ability to out do yourself each time. Your process videos contain just enough lightness and humor without going off topic. We learn and we laugh. Looking forward to the application video. Those of us with cutting machines can make loads of these that include the holes, just a matter of lining them up correctly before gluing.
😱 I used my Circuit to cut out the big circles (buttons), but never thought to also have it cut out the small circles (thread holes). 😠 THAT is an amazing idea! It never would've crossed my mind. 🤦🏻♀️ Thank you SO much for sharing that little tidbit! 🙏🏻
The buttons on the cards are my favorite probably because I used to sew garments and bought buttons on cards and in card strips. Also love the fabric buttons, the pink with splattered black paint buttons, the music paper buttons, the two layered button, the word pages buttons… 😬💝🧵💝🪡💝✂️💝
I can see it now.....buttons EVERYWHERE!!! These are amazing!!! ❤ I am about to put my responsibilities on the back burner and spend the day making buttons!!!! You are so creative!!! ❤ I can't wait to see what you do with them!
Yes! I *have* to go and make some buttons now! I do get going on a craft and just keep going with it, into bedtime if I don't watch out! I think I'll use some of the buttons on a card in happy mail that's going to a couple of friends next week. Also, in a journal that I make each month to keep stuff in. Then, I will put them in a small jar to hoard, look at, and use some later! Great project! I'll be watching to see your ideas in the next video! Do take care of yourself and feel better soon! Hugs! Peggy
Always coming back! I could see putting the grommet near the edge and ‘hanging’ it in a journal, also you could back them in simple paper for writing!! Love this idea!
So beautiful and inspiring. Thank you for your inspiration. Love your sense of humor. You always make me laugh. Well hope you feel better. Rest and we will all be here waiting for your next inspirational idea. ❤
What a great idea.. looove all your buttons!!😍 I’m laughing as you said, “I’m over the buttons” because I’m feeling that way too… buuut what I’m over is faux washi tape. I just spent the last few days playing with double sided tape and napkins. I literally used up two full rolls of double sided tape and a crap ton of decorative napkins. This resulted with a full box (18”x 8”x2”) of all kinds of washi tape!🤦🏻♀️😂 Guess I’m on to buttons next, lol. Thank you Natasa for all the inspiration and hard work you put into everything you do here! Looooove your channel!❤️
Wow, you did it again Natasa!! I’m sorry you’re feeling a little under the weather, here’s hoping for a full and speedy recovery! Thanks again for the tutorial, your buttons are simply beautiful!! Tfs❤
That is new and unique. I like them and think they are a great idea. It is inspiring. Hope you feel better soon. I look forward to what you do with them. I absolutely so grateful for the paperboard that cereal boxes and other food products are made from. Aren't you. It saves money.
LOVE your buttons and i remember when you made them a year ago. I went and made them as well and made a few more than you had made just because !! Loving watching you again and i am sure this is what i will be working on next. Thank you Natasa.
These are beautiful and whimsical. I am glad I'm not the only one that uses fingers to apply stuff! Best tool sometimes. I hope you are feeling very much better very soon. Lots of love and healing vibes x
These are so Beautiful and fun, I can’t pick a favourite. Thanks for sharing all your expertise even when you don’t feel good. I hope a good rest has you feeling better.
A collection of such buttons could serve as sample swatches - an interesting reference to all the techniques a crafter tried. Such swatches can easily be displayed in a frame as art. What a fabulous inspiration! 15:15 and 20:55 creating templates for hole placements is a clever idea! I have several punches in different shapes and I did plan to make buttons out of them in the past and never did but now, after this great video I am totally going to.
"It was button-mania in my house..." I love this! Haha!!! They are so beautiful. I am a card maker but still love to get ideas from your channel with junk journals. I CAN'T WAIT to try this. I have no idea what to use them for, I just know that I WANT them. Haha! Thank you so much for this fabulous and creative idea. Also, congratulations on your book!
Your imagination is amazing. I see it working as you are creating. I have been watching your videos for about a month and I'm hooked. I will be making buttons after work tonight. I just bought your book and it is amazing too. I just made 2 little gift bag journals for my sisters granddaughters and they carry them around like a purse. Thank you for that idea too!
I just need to tell you how much I love your tutorials and you! You explain everything well and you have the sweetest and fun personality! ❤❤ Even if your children might not agree all the time 😉
I love this video. I have a lot of craft supplies but not many from the last 20 years. Ha ha ....so you showing different ways to make things if you don't have a certain tool is soooo helpful to me. Right now I'm creating little junk journals for two of my granddaughters who are 8 yrs. old. I want to use the button idea in their journals. Cannot wait to see your ideas.
I have recently subscribed to your channel and l am waiting acceptance to the face book group. I love, love love your work and can’t stop watching. So inspiring.
you know natasha, you really are my most favorite jj youtuber. you are my fave bc in addition to being so creative you are always cognizant of providing ways to do things without the expensive equipment. ty for that

I'm already thinking of how they might be used - but I shall eagerly await the next video, to see what you do. If I'm forced to pick a favourite, I particularly like the painty paper ones. What a great idea!! So sorry you are feeling ill. Get in tbat bed and rest. But, I would hang the buttons in my studio window for decoration or from the ceiling fan or even on a country Christmas tree. I like cool stuff out where I can see it. Thanks for the inspiration! 💕

Sunny & warm Sunday, June 4, ‘23. 🇳🇱 All I think about is (making) buttons…😂 Watched this vdo already 3 times. Yes, I, too, often have a hard time falling asleep thinking about the next paper project I am going to make. Probably buttons. These will add to an envelope I made for the girls in the infusion center of "things that don't make sense." You can put any paper project into this hand made envelope. Even made one for my doctor and he loves it, as well!
My oldest daughter is 60....I made her fluffy little dresses when she was young....I used several heart shaped buttons on some of them.....loved your heart buttons to remind me of my sewing little dresses......
