You’re my favorite “teacher” of scrapbook & junk journaling! For so many reasons! First, your voice is so soothing and easy to listen to. You explain every step so well! Always telling us what you’re thinking and the ideas that flow easily while you work on your project. You’re the best!
They're all my favourites! I love that you leave room for our own creativity, with the "endless possibilities". Congratulations on becoming a published author!
What I love about your videos most , you show the important things, and the boring parts are skipped. So pleasant to watch! And you are funny and you always think of the people without the sewingmachine. And and and , great videos!
You are the Paper Princess...your ideas, notions and creativity simply amazes me. I am 74 and not easily amazed. I am new to paper art, and you have helped me so very much; thank you.
Natasha - I was bursting with inspiration and enthusiasm 36 seconds into your video, just after you demonstrated the envelopes. I'm so excited I'm not sure I can watch the video!. You are quite possibly the most creative young woman I watch on RUclips.
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR BOOK! I just pre- ordered it from Amazon! I've been following you for a few years now and you are my go-to for any help with my junk journals, so to have your instructions in written form is priceless! I can’t wait to try these gorgeous envelopes! Thank you for sharing your beautiful creations and a big hello from Smithers, British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦
You are the most inspiring and motivating person I watch on RUclips! I'll be making some decorated envelopes today, and I love the idea of making the prototype envelopes to have on hand. Thank you for all you do!
Yes Tasha. You inspired and encouraged me! I am currently not only house bound, but bed bound also. I can't do much for my husband for Father's Day. But with the help of my kids I think making one of these will be very doable. My husband needs the encouragement. Lol. I had better get to work!
I look forward to watching your videos every week. You never disappoint. I love them all. What a wonderful idea. My mind is just going crazy with more ideas. Thank you.
LOVE this video! You gave a thorough walk through of your book, but most of all made me laugh! The bloopers, and Banjo made my day. Thanks for your sense of humor. It takes wonderful, special people to be able to laugh at themselves...LOVE it! Have a great day.
What I love about your videos and you as a junk journal artist, is your unique ideas, colours - so fascinating and great for wonderful gifts to give or sell. You are very talented. I find your designs and ideas classy but very economical.
I have a lot of pen pals I write to and some of us, we decorate our letters and envelopes so my favorite is the one with the envelope. A decorated letter and envelope looks more personal when you're friends. Thank you so much for sharing this video with all of us.❤
I registered my bursting of ideas at 0:42 already 😊. My overall favorite is the idea of matting all parts of the creation (inside and outside). And I purchased the book, can’t wait to hold it and read it (I am sure I will want to photocopy parts of it and incorporate those in one of my meaningful junk journals). My memorabilia from this video sorted by importance to me: 28:20 - 30:05 How to attach a magnet to the closure using double-side tape 31:40 Creating a collection of templates of envelopes by tracing opened existing ones 23:17 When you get a tool that can do a lot of stuff, do all as prototypes, assign item #s, and store for references in an accessible catalogue (I would add to those templates of the mattings). 23:35 Matting is not only eye-candying, but also functional (reinforcement + you can hide prongs of brads or magnets under it) 27:50 Oh, tha-a-t magnetic closure! Beauty, fun and function, all in one. 9:20 To hide inking mistakes, stencil with that ink over issues spots. 18:10 An enveloped opening to reveal a front-of-the-house theme is sweet. 9:10 double-sided tape can be used to stick ribbon (closure).
Natasha this is absolutely a wonderful project and I love the magnets. This is so much fun and at the same time make something unique and this is great as a happy mail gift. Thank you for sharing and I think this is one of my favourite projects. I love all of the envelopes because they are unique. 👍👍💕💕
You’re at it again wonderful things to make life lovely to share to sell to inspire. Thank you it said so often that it doesn’t convey the appreciation that we feel but thank you so so much.
I enjoy hearing the different words we use in different countries. I have never heard anti-clockwise. I like it. In the United States, we say counterclockwise. Fascinating.
You are truly a master. Your ideas and creativity are inspirational. You are a great teacher showing us the possibilities that can make the difference and getting us to think outside of our comfort zone. TFS.
Best demonstration of using that envelope maker. Clear and concise! Thanks. I never use mine because I couldn’t figure out how to use it now I’m looking forward to using it.
Okay, that punchboard company needs to pay you to do an instructional video for them! I've owned their punchboard for several years and just in one minute of your explanation it was made easier than any of theirs! And the prototype idea is genius! You are so organized! I love how you think! Thanks for all the hard work you put into your channel! Congratulations on putting together a book! 🎉
I’ve watched this video three times now and I must say - brilliant! That intro clip is so captivating!!! I’ve made my envelope “treasure book” style and now I have to fill it with goodies. It will be a card for a dear friend later this week. Bravo and thank you! Actually, I think it should be “brava” and thank you!
Smart way of applying the magnet!! I've had an envelope template for three years and didn't know how to use it. Thank you for teaching me!! Thanks for the great ideas!
Hi Natasha🌹 The truth is that on the internet there are a lot of free template that you can download and print on paper and then cut and paste on a thicker one, and make your own envelope patterns 🤷🏻♀️ and of all sizes. No one needs to buy an envelope-making tablet. 🙃 Love your ideas! TFS ❤
Yes that is true. Like I said though, its a handy tool to have, because it minimises all the cutting. I have a full video on making DIY wonky envelopes with no tools and no precision, no printing of any templates in fact. And the truth is, I did stress in this video that you don’t NEED to have the envelope tool, and spoke about how you can go around it. Most definitely, I agree 100% with you that no one needs to go out and buy anything 😊
@@TreasureBooks I spent $10 trying to get magnets like yours but everything I bought was too thick so my envelopes had way too much space 😂 I am going to stop ordering things like that on Amazon. I am on the hunt for the right ones as I love the effect you created. (I love everything you make) 😊❤
You really have an eye. I would never have thought that the yellow polka dot would look good with that floral, but in the end I loved it. You are a real inspiration. Thank you
I have to say a HUGE thank you to you for explaining the punch board I got one and it was ALWAYS a struggle for me to get it right the first time. ❤ Thank you for being you. You're wonderful 💕💕💕
Your creativity is so inspiring. Thank you for sharing these projects, it is always motivating and gives me the courage to think outside the box and create. What a beautiful brain you have!
Thank you so much. You go far more than the extra mile for us. I appreciate all your insight and effort in explaining craft techniques, which are mostly overlooked by other teachers. Now I can do beautiful envelopes for the first time. Thank you so much again. GOD bless you. ❤
The first items you shared would make a wonderful letter. You can write a letter on the journal part. Put pictures in the pockets. Homemade book markets. A letter or a drawn picture from a grandchild. A gift card holder.
Love this project.😃I have not seen a tutorial for this type of envelope before and now I can't wait to try it! I love how you bring totally unrelated papers together to make a beautifully cohesive project using your own ideas and skills without relying on 'designer' papers to create the effect. True talent at its finest!
OMG… die cuts, magnets, glue stick, and double sided tape?!? Who ARE you???😂😂😂❤ Wow and I just saw someone say they ordered your BOOK? So I flew over to Amazon and ordered a copy!! I will treasure THAT book, for sure!!! Ty❤❤❤
I love them, my goodness, I can see myself making envelopes all summer. Thank you very much for your wonderful ideas Natasa looking forward to seeing your book
The sounds of the paper sliding across the desk, the flaps opening and closing and the fastener was so satisfying. I consider ASMR mostly a fad, but I guess I just hadn’t found the sounds that appeal to me.
This is such a beautiful gift idea! I love the effect that comes from lining the flaps with different papers. As always, thank you for the tutorial and for the inspiration.
Fabulous ideas..the envelope board was my nemesis when I got it..took forever to sink into my brain that you only go by the measurement to for first punch..but now I love it
Always have the urge to create something after watching one of your wonderful tutorials.😃 These envelopes are so pretty and you can do so many fun things with them. Always like how well you explain things. Makes it so easy to recreate the project.♥️
THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! . I have had my envelope board for several years now and haven't used it except to round corners. You explained it so simply and i just had to get it out to make the 81/2 by 8 1/2 envelope and I even lined it as well.
Thank you for these wonderful ideas and for explaining how to use the memory keeper’s envelope maker. I have never been able to understand how to use mine and, thanks to you, I now know. Making sample envelopes to reference the different sizes is brilliant too, so now I have to dust off the cobwebs and put mine to good use.
I wake up every Saturday waiting to see if you've posted something. You are the Yoda of ideas.
That's Master Yoda thank you
same with me i always look forward to Saturdays ❤
