i’ve ‘experienced’ this song thousands of times by now (not exaggerating), and i STILL get chills every single time i hear it.🥰 it’s so goddamn ethereal, fuuuuck. i’m only halfway through the video at the moment, but i just had a sudden urge to tell you this real quick. i’m loving your reacting this far!!! P.S. in case it isn’t already painfully obvious, i’m 100% obsessed with this song, ronnie radke and the band as a whole. they always make magic.✨
Great reaction. I love the reimagined version. Ronnie wrote the song while being in prison, fighting to become/stay clean from heavy drugs (heroin I think) and looking at himself in the mirror. The girl in the second video is the cover girl from the The Drug In Me Is You album. Please check out more Falling in Reverse. I don't really care which song, they are all good.

Younger version of Ronnie using humor to deal with his addiction and a older version taking you on all the raw emotion of the lyrics and what they truly mean! Stellar🔥Please do I’m Not A Vampire from 10 years ago, once again using humor the do I’m not A Vampire (Revamped) he’s liking his addiction to being a vampire, if you thought this is good, you better hold on to your socks and grab some popcorn 🍿 for the movie 🎥 you’ll see! He wrote these in prison the first one was him looking at his reflection in the mirror telling himself the drug in him is himself, he’s his own worst event to where he is and you get to see how deep the lyrics truly are same with Revamped!
I came to your channel to watch this reaction because I love the reimagined version of this song. I listened to this band back in their emo days occasionally (not quite heavy enough for me back then), but I truly appreciate their growth into what they are now. But I must say I actually subscribed to your channel because of your music Yuri. I love your voice.
The words are basically the same almost identical but the rhythm and cadence and the orchestration of the song is to me a lot more I don't know. How to say it grown up adult polished?.
i get so RIDICULOUSLY emotional over this song, man… every single time. ugh, no joke.🥲 even more so since i feel like i know and truly understand the meaning behind his lyrics, as well as feeling like i have a solid grasp of ronnie’s overall circumstances while he was writing it back in prison. i believe he’s explained this in more detail during one or more of his twitch streams-something about how the ‘you’ in the song is actually him referring to himself and not someone else. it’s basically about his own shitty mental health and how he’s his own worst enemy. (as someone with chronic depression, i really do get it.) i also heard that he wrote TDIMIY while staring at his own reflection in the mirror or something like that… the whole notion of that fucks with my already fragile mind, you guys.🥹 anyway, sorry for geeking out like this all over again, heh. it’s been awhile since i got to let out some ‘creative’ steam this way!!! much needed, thanks. and i’d also like to thank you for letting me know about this post, too! i always appreciate being able to witness people react to his art for the first time. brings me a strange sense of joy… and belonging.🥰
fun, relevant little side note before i deep dive into this video: some clips from ronnie’s past twitch streams have been popping up a lot in social media recently, and one in particular is of him just continuously mocking himself for the way he sings “still reverberates” in the original song, lmfao. if my memory serves me correctly, i believe he even posted the video on his tiktok account-or, to be exact-it’s him REACTING to said past reaction of his own freakin’ music. he’s always roasting himself, and it’s so, so funny.🥹 (i mean, know i’m radke-biased, but it genuinely cracks me up!!)
