What temperature did you use for the heatgun and the desoldering? I'm just struggling to get rid of the last solder in the legholes. The same as you were struggling.
Nice video! Very good resolution and light, u should improve some more on ur cleaning technique and avoid the unnecessary heat on the area of interest, u could cut or buy different size of solder wick, use some more flux too, it never hurts, and u can always clean it after all 😉👍

You need more flux and a bigger tip mate and you definitely need to increase the temperature of the heat gun
