I think it's healthier to experience and fully heal from the grief than to bottle it up and turn it into a trauma. It's okay to be sad. You're doing the best you can.
The fact that you brought up feeling like a bad mom just shows that you aren’t..my sister would say stuff like that and she is one of the best moms out there..I really Believe you are a great mom. Before you even had your son I would watch your videos and I knew that you were a genuine nice person.And then after seeing you have your son and the videos you can tell that you really love your son.You just give off Genuine vibes that can’t be faked.Don’t beat yourself up. 😁
