    You nailed it with The Suckling. It had such potential to be an insane classic, but gets bogged down with that slow middle. Lots of walkin' and talkin' is the bane of low budget cinema.

    • @brandonpage7087
      @brandonpage7087 11 месяцев назад +1

      The title Fatal Frames reminds me of another bizarre film, from 1989, that would've belonged on this list, called Fatal Images. Which was about a serial killer trapping his soul in a camera, after passing away, & proceeding to murder people through the camera, lol.

  • @yappydog8m
    @yappydog8m 11 месяцев назад +6

    The story behind Trash Humpers is better than the movie. Harmony Korine would walk down alley ways and see the trash cans turned on their side and thought they looked sexual in a way. He also has memories of a gang of old people who worked at the Krispy Cream who would get off their late shift and go be peeping toms. Trash Humpers is the marriage of those two ideas.

    Well, since it came out in 1981, that would make Alien Beasts officially the very first SOV horror flick. Predating not only Sledgehammer, but Boardinghouse, as well. Love the bad grammar of "her assassin have been destroyed"! Lmao, shouldn't that be, her assassin has been destroyed? That's equally as hilarious, as "the truck are moving", from the very first Metal Gear! Especially since, in Alien Beasts, the bad grammar is continually repeated, over & over, lol. Blood Freak has actually been on my long list of horror flicks to buy, for quite awhile. I own & love the Abomination. Bought the blu-ray shortly after being released. I've definitely got to check out the Oily Maniac! Wow, so Halloween 6 wasn't Donald Pleasance's final film. Fatal Frames was, & it's hilarious & awesome, that they have him refer to a case reopening, & then play the Halloween theme, lol.

    • @Alexalicious
      @Alexalicious 11 месяцев назад +1

      The grammar is actually kind of correct in a wrong way lol
      It is saying that Sara and her assassin have been destroyed, but the sentence is interrupted by an aside which makes it feel wrong.

    Hey movie timelines guy! It's been a while! I got a weird horror movie for you to check out but it damn good in my opinion
    1961 Mr sardonicus. Now if I know people are going to watch this and they may be like oh the pacing is bad everything is bad, please understand this movie was made in 1961 movies or a little different that then
    For example go see the movie his girl Friday and you'll get that fast speech that you heard in the Gilmore girls
    But I mean I think Mr sardonicus can be adapted and remade today if you give it the right larger budget
    And there is a twist at the end with the one eye guy.
    Trust me movie timelines guy try that movie I think it's only like 90 or 80 minutes

  • @tskmaster3837

    A Larry Blamire film made a top ten list?
    Oh well. It takes ten things to make a list of ten and sometimes you have to add 1 to a list of 9 or take away one from a list of eleven. Twelve? We don't talk about 12, not here. Not since Ranger Brad saw a wild twelve in the woods and he tried to take it down by 2 to ten too.
