    Great vid mate. Just got a Rooster BPV to fit along with new silicone intake and couplers.
    Weirdly also got a perished cat, so its a good tip taking out and fitting the manifold from the top when I get a new one 👍😊

      Glad I can help! It’s tight getting the cat out of the top, there is a couple of heat shields that you need to move slightly, but it’s easy out the top than it is the bottom!!

    I’ve fitted 3 valves on 3 different cars and never had any issue.
    I’ve got Nigel from Rooster racing on friends and family 😂

    you could have just give a few turn on the adjusting screw of the old one to get the loose out .. :)
