I have a code for p0108 manifold absolute pressure. Am thinking this could be the issue.

you could have just give a few turn on the adjusting screw of the old one to get the loose out .. :)

Adjust the starter mechanism so that tickling noice would end. Bend that small metal sheet little outer.

I need this fixed in my car nova Scotia Canada .lr3 v8 SE. Zero high speed stability too much play one inch left and right it feels. Turns into shit wobble. Till I reduce speed to 90 km or 100km hr

Don't understand: why do you have to change both cylinders when there is no leakage? The cylinder seals are still intact. Just bleed the system with new fluid as problem might be caused by dirty fluid or/and bubbles?

Where did you get the pump?

Did you try to replace the fuel regulator on the injectors rail? I'm chasing a similar issue

Years and years ago , in Canada, we had a Austin 1100. Love that car! Anyhow , after melting the accelerator cable twice some said to me “ I bet the ground strap from the engine to the frame is bad.” Yep! After fitted a new cable it started every time. Always when doesn’t start check the grounds.

Another job you could do is the fuel filter under the back seats easy and if its never been done then will surly need doing. Even after 30k miles mine was fully blocked.

OOOOO - push down on a mating flange onto brickwork - Gosh I felt the pain.

Great to watch, but when you landed the supercharger on the pulley on brick, I thought "OUCH" as that pulley and shaft is all very fragile and needs to be protected at all costs.

Great vid mate. Just got a Rooster BPV to fit along with new silicone intake and couplers. Weirdly also got a perished cat, so its a good tip taking out and fitting the manifold from the top when I get a new one 👍😊

Great Video! I'm working on my 2003 s Mini, and this has been super helpful! BTW, the "red ring-like part" can be removed by cleaning it with break cleaner and then adding some WD40 lubrication. To RELEASE the thin hose, try to push the "red ring-like part" toward the base. When it's flat, it releases the hose. Try more WD40 while you do this. The lubrication makes the difference. Next step for me is to follow this lead... cheers mates! @hipoman8087⚫ 3mo ago (edited) Did you check the gears. The water pump gears are an issue on occasion.if seals fail bearings can go bad. On RUclips look for Memphis (More boost for R53reduction pulley + broken supercharger fix
