  • Slurpees Clinches Lead in Third Inning for Victory Over Bashers
    Slurpees ran off with the lead late in the game in a 10-9 victory over Bashers on Tuesday. The game was tied at nine with Slurpees batting in the bottom of the third when Isaac D drew a walk, scoring one run.
    Slurpees earned the victory despite allowing Bashers to score five runs in the third inning. Enzo, Nicholas, Lucas, and Jack each had RBIs in the big inning.
    Slurpees got things started in the first inning when Logan S tripled on the first pitch of the at-bat, scoring one run.
    Cameron J was on the pitcher's mound for Slurpees. The fireballer allowed zero hits and four runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out five.
    Jack started the game for Bashers. Jack went one inning, allowing three runs on four hits, striking out two, and walking zero. Evan and Lucas entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one inning and one-third of an inning respectively.
    Rohin J led Slurpees with two hits in two at-bats. Slurpees didn't commit a single error in the field. Logan had the most chances in the field with 11.
    Bashers were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Jack had the most chances in the field with two. Hudson led Bashers with four stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with 11 stolen bases.
