If that kit came with a 4.75 (8.5lbs boost) pulley, RWHP should be around 650-675 on a bone stock car with Procharger's CAN Tune and good 93octane - that is with only the BAP in the kit and stock injectors... But if someone is looking or ease of installation and very simple maintenance , then you can’t go wrong with Procharger. As far as always being under the hood is a misconception! I’ve known turbo cars that the owner takes it to the dragstrip runs it, drives all over the place and just changed the oil in it. Depends on the kit along with other things how much headache it gives you. I’ll keep everyone updated with my turbo car. I’ve been driving mine all over the place and no issues with it. I personally don’t understand why people are so against STD. It legitimately is the number your specific car did on that specific day with those specific weather conditions. SAE is just an average... I get it but to me for your particular car on that day to me STD seems to be most relevant. I guess in the end both are important. But STD definitely is not irrelevant like some make out to be. It makes sense why car companies go off SAE they need to show an average from the most humid/hot state to the coldest there’s no actual favor they can go with. But when it comes to your car the one you own STD is really all that matters.
Newbie here with a few questions... 1. Is 93 octane ideal for a procharger or e85 and why? 2. Were the numbers you showed wheel horsepower or at the crank? 3. What does "low timing" and "degrees" mean in terms of dynoing a car? 4. Is 8lbs of boost a lot or a little bit?
93 isn’t “the best” for procharger. What he’s saying is the higher the octane the more timing can be added and more boost. So, timing changes the way the spark plugs burn the fuel, high octane fuel burns slower and is less likely to detonate under boost. Timing is retarded to control the fuel burn rate, keeps detonation from happening and maybe causing damage. Some cars pick up another 100 horsepower with E85. Pump 93 is important here because this is a street car, not equipped for E85, and race gas (116 octane) is 20 bucks a gallon (was last time I bought any VMP)
Flowmaster is not a good brand to put on these 5.0s. They don't sound right at all and don't work well with the Coyote's cam timing. Go with a Roush, Borla, Corsa, or other common brand found on Mustangs.
@@janetsminten8196 Flowmasters with an H pipe is the iconic American Muscle car sound. Roush, Borla and Corsa make Mustangs sound like cheap ricer garbage. To each their own.
MasterCarguy44 nah it’s about a 5 hour install if you’re used to the kit. But I said plan for a day because most people don’t install these all the time. I don’t want to say it’s a 5-6 hour job then someone come in and say it took them all day and night lol.
Only thing I have against the mt82 is the fact that they went with aluminum shift forks starting in 2018 in the coyote cars. 11-17 were steel shift forks and did great. But to answer your question 11-17 does great with normal driving with some spirited runs. And if the shift forks can stay together the 18+ do great.
Drummer4C87 yea manual is fun no doubt. But everyone that buys a manual then goes down the road in a a10 wishes they would have got the auto. That being said if they made a strong 7spd manual in the GT I would love to have a manual again. The 10spds are fun around curves with how they down shift and upshift. For me auto for 18+ , 15-17 it’s a toss up, 11-14 manual all day. But that’s just me.
@@SpeedAddict731 Last question; how bad is the drone from your Pypes X-bomb exhaust? I know from your install video you said it had some drone. Is it as bad as having flowmasters?
Drummer4C87 it’s not so much a drone as a deep sound. Hard to explain. It’s definitely not annoying at all. The deepest sounding exhaust I’ve heard yet on a coyote. But If you want a exhaust with no drone at all corsa extreme is the way to go.

@@SpeedAddict731 what i like about it, is what most wouldn't. Several street pulls and regular driving.
I am Between the TT or the Procharger but Keep us up to date. how much horse power does your car make?
@@SpeedAddict731 Can you smash the gas and get sideways of no due to turbo lag? I want a tt but a little scared that I won't be able to kick the rear end out when I want to since they have lag
@@mjz187 I have no problem putting my TT car sideways lol. Problem is keeping it straight lol.
@@SpeedAddict731 Really? People make it seem like you have to have the gas pressed in for so long to get the power. Thanks for replying just found your channel do you work on anyone cars?
What kind of wheels are those they look clean
Shelby CS3
Can i now that wheels setup thanks
Would you guys be able to tune my car if I live around 5,000 feet above sea level and I frequently visit places which are 9,000 feet (Mexico City )?
Yes he can
Looking to purchase this kit for my 6spd 18, did this car have injectors and or the BAP?
Yes both
I have a procharger on a 2011 can I use it on a newer mustang??
Which do you recommend for a daily driver Bullitt? Procharger or HH TT?
Depends on your power level and plans. If you want to be able to run x hp on the street and turn it up at the dragstrip. Then tt, if you want a mild hp street car with no intentions on going big hp then procharger.
The p1x can make 900whp on a coyote no problem. It can also adjust boost on the fly just like turbos
@@SpeedAddict731 bro procharger can make enormous horsepower lol
I still wouild like to see 93 octane Run between a Procharger vs TT
I’m down. I can tell you with same tuner, I made 650 on 6psi on my twin setup on 93. On 8psi I made 704. This is 8.5 psi in the procharger.
TT will make more power every time
Subscribed. Been watching since zanders build, but just now subscribed. I'm sorry 😞
Beautiful car sounds Mean

1 of 1 RTR yes sir!!
Is it necessary to change the stock injectors for boost if I’m not planning on running E85?
Yes, your stock injectors can not support boost on a coyote.
@@SpeedAddict731 thank you for the quick reply !
@@mr.manny_s5506 no problem. Just make sure you talk to your tuner about your hp goals and boost you will be running. Then run the injectors they recommend.
@@SpeedAddict731 dumb question, since it’s dual injection I need 2 sets of ID 1050s?
All this $$$ fir the kit and cant spring for the hood struts?
Sweet stang
Rousch blower all the way
I can only get 91 where I live :(
What about the trans? Anything done to it?
Would like to hear it with an H pipe and Flow Master super 10s and then super 44s.
Sharp ride

I’ve got the D1x on a forged 5.3l, E85 on 17lbs. 650whp on Mustang dyno. I wonder what that would translate to on the Dyno Jet?
Matthew Brown hard to say!! I bet it’s fun though!!
At 650whp you should be on a p1x
@@horsepoweraddiction808 ok I’m a little green here, why would the P1X be better than the D1X? Thx
@@matthewbrown1760 because the p1x is good for about 900whp and starts making boost sooner. A d1x is normally intended for 1000whp and up
@@matthewbrown1760 sense you already have a d1x pulley down a couple sizes and waste it at your desired boost level
What about e85?
Ken you still at the dealership? I noticed you working out of a Tint shop lately?
07bluelbz yes I’m still at the dealership!! I do this as side work trying to eventually do a performance based shop full time.
Did he ever have any problems with it im thinking about procharging my truck
Had zero issues with the procharger. Love it.

Wait, this took 8-12 hours to install? Thought this would be much easier/faster than a whipple?
Its probably easier by yourself.......
MasterCarguy44 nah it’s about a 5 hour install if you’re used to the kit. But I said plan for a day because most people don’t install these all the time. I don’t want to say it’s a 5-6 hour job then someone come in and say it took them all day and night lol.
The first time took me 6 hours. Now after a few installs under my belt 4hours
Is the engine stock or forged? Is the power at the wheel? greetings from chile
You realize these are forged from the factory!!! Absolutely beasts. I'm putting one in an older mustang!
Stock engine. Crank and rods are forged from the factory. That is power to the wheels.

Hey brother thank you for the hard workl and excellent info your providing us........
How bad is the mt-82 for normal driving with some Tail Of The Dragon runs?
Only thing I have against the mt82 is the fact that they went with aluminum shift forks starting in 2018 in the coyote cars. 11-17 were steel shift forks and did great. But to answer your question 11-17 does great with normal driving with some spirited runs. And if the shift forks can stay together the 18+ do great.
@@SpeedAddict731 My buddy keeps telling me 10 speed, but I know a manual would be funner in the curves and overall.
Hey I have a 2017 mustang GT. I got an engine code for a coolant sensor. Does anyone know we’re it’s located on the coyote.
Alfredo Lares back of passenger head

Great job nice install should be a super fun legit street car....very good work and good tuning Daryle...
I been running prochargers for years love my F1A-94 on the other car, I came SO close to doing a D1x on my car, my god at the money id have saved lol....
I presume that was a 4.50 procharger pulley? Any info on IATs with that stage 2 intercooler?
Did you do a 170 stat how cool is the engine running?
BlueCollarDaily yes 170 thermostat. I forgot to list that. It’s a big pulley, 8.5 psi iat’s were
Great. Daryle would have to chime in with the temps. I just remember them being low.
@@SpeedAddict731 what i like about it, is what most wouldn't. I like that basically augments the factory Coyote power curve its like you have it a little steroids....smooth power that comes on and never feels like it stops pulling....thats how my F1A-94 feels when its on low boost....
Thats why since ive run em SO many years I was drawn to a D1x on my car ( and I get a good discount ) i bought my supercharger for the warranty so ......sure it hits like a mack truck, but that makes it harder to use on the street where it lives 99.99% of the time.....in fact i could have saved so much money installing myself with discount, i could have a built short block....
So refreshing a nice sane full on street build bet it runs good in 1/4....
I also agree if you get up there in the $9k range like he did cant ignore the comp turbo hellhorse kit.....
Fun build all around try to do a follow up with owner....toss your tires on lets see what she runs!!!
@@SpeedAddict731 probably a 4.88 pulley at 8.5psi
What size upper pulley is that and how much boost?
Brandon Seager 8.5 psi
Hey is the Procharger Loud???? I love when you can hear the POWER ADDER dont understand why people want things quiet?
Ya people want to sneak up on you in a MUSTANG lmao so stupied .
I've heard some sound kinda like a squeaky belt (not nearly as bad as one) but i think it's all the better when someone's like "oh dang you got something squeaking under there" then you rev it and hear that amazing blow off or go "yeah it's barely running, wanna race?" Lol
My p1x is very loud. If you run a filter right on the supercharger without a intake tube It is loud. If you have a full intake it’s a lot quieter. So you can have both
